Everything was fantastic! The room had an incredible view of the old city buildings, which added an authentic feel to our stay. Our room was huge and came with many surfaces and shelves to store our items in - this gave us a chance to spread out more than usual in crammed accommodations. The bathroom was exceptionally functional and beautiful. Breakfast was 7 euros, very tasty, and worth it. Breakfast is served on the top floor, which overlooks the city beautifully - options to eat on the balcony.

Very well located at the Old Town, was easy to do everything walking by. The room was big for the price we paid. Big toilet. The staff was very kind, always providing our needs. Very easy check-in and check-out.

The quality of the pillows and a bigger duvet. Our room, 502, was very noisy when the guests from the room beside was opening/closing their door... And definitely they should put a protection at the toilet and room door/windows, once you can easily jump from the 5th floor, is not safe at all!

Overall design of the Hotel. Staff very friendly. Pretty ok value for money, especially due to the location right in the Old Center. Also the place for breakfast is beautiful. It's on the sixt floor and you have a beautiful panoramic view.

Breakfast was decent, but it didn't offer many options. Room was a bit cold, heater didn't work. Eventualy I used the AC to warm the room, but the air coming out smelled badly. Nobody vacuumed/cleaned under the bed and it was full of dust.

Great location within the Old Town but down a quiet cobbled street away from the partying bars and clubs. Due to this central location the 783 airport shuttle bus (which takes about an hour) dropped us off at the fountain square, a 7 min walk away from the hotel. The hotel is a modern building with a 24hr concierge that allows you to keep your luggage safe behind the reception when you have to check-out way before your flight. Useful if you have another half a day to wander about the city. The double room is spacious and clean, with a firm comfortable bed, and a powerful walk-in shower. The roof terrace bar has a lovely view across the city.

My only gripe would be the small pillows which weren't big enough to support our heads when sleeping.

Excellent decor and location. Friendly staff. Bathrobe and slippers were a nice touch, plenty of storage room. Bathroom was excellent with a great shower. We had a balcony room which offered a good city view.

No hot drink making facilities in the room ( excellent coffee shop 10m from hotel front door though). Mini-bar was excessively expensive. Nothing negative to say about the hotel room.

It may have been the weirdest hotel I've stayed in. Overall it was nice, but there was a constant puddle under the hard plastic floor covering (not a carpet), though it didn't leak through too badly (which also meant I couldn't soak it up with a towel, even after three days). I liked having long windows into the rooms, even if they were doors that opened onto a sheer five story drop (don't bring small children!). It goes with the whole "industrial design" thing, with a piece of exposed concrete in the ceiling, and hallways that feel like the inside of a filing cabinet. But it was quiet, clean (except for a slight stale smell from the standing water), and comfortable. Very nice bathroom. It was bizarre, which was a nice break from the norm, and I would stay there again. (But won't be recommending it to more sensitive guests.)

There were stains on the walls and curtain, the latter of which looked an awful lot like blood, but I guess mosquitoes happen? It's on probably the ugliest street in Old Town, which doesn't matter since Bucharest is remarkably safe. (I find that specific ugliness quite attractive in an urban way.) The pillows were soft and sparse enough to be a danger to those of us with sleep apnea, and it took a day to get a second set.

The breakfast was awful . For a lovely hotel they should either offer something decent or don't offer anything.. Purely for hygiene point of view I am not fond of the toilet roll location down low behind toilet. Loo roll hangs on the floor.

Location very good, a very short walk from taxi, great view from skybar. Staff very friendly and helpful, got an iron for me :) the street is not too busy, so it is quiet at night.

Rooms are getting old. In my room the glass in the bathroom was cracked. Somehow my emails before my arrival remained unanswered.
