The location was great. Even though it's on a very busy avenue, the sound isolation was good enough to not hear the traffic. Pretty good value for money.

The fact that one of the days when it was raining, they couldn't lend me an umbrella. I also didn't get an invoice which most likely I will have to ask them to send it via email.

Very nice hotel, we had 3 superior twin rooms. The room was clean, warm, had air con and window opened. Modern bathroom with shower. Hotel was quiet, we had no issues. Very nice buffet breakfast with good selection. We were able to park on road opposite for free.

the place is nice and have parking the staf is helpful and help to my requests

in the bathroom no place to put tooth brash shaving staf and other things. in the room no place to put clothes the safe was not fixed to anything must fix shelves for clothes

Very well-located. Fairly quiet but close to a lot of fun.

Advertised private parking but not the fact that you have to pay for it. I would expect when a place says it has parking it's included in the price unless it says the parking is extra.

Room was very spacious and clean. Good quiet location with a bus stop just outside of the hotel and restaurants in the area. Strong WIFI connection.

Breakfast had a limited choice of items.

-The hotel is very close to Calea Victoriei -The hotel is in good neighborhood -There is a free parking in front of the hotel and parking of charge just to the hotel. -The breakfast was very good -The room was big and we have a toilet room and a bathroom...very comfortable

The staff were excellent !!! I really like that hotel. For my next vacation I will take only that hotel!

Lovely hotel, I had a nice view of parts of the Bucharest skyline with an amazing sunset. The hotel looked fresh and clean, the carpets were very soft. Very comfortable beds, it was warm but luckily the window could be opened, as well as a good functioning AC unit. The bathroom looked great. ATM inside, plenty of desinfectant gel for the hands. Had a nice omelette with vegetables for breakfast, some bread and croissants and fresh fruit. Almost in the middle of the city, with lots of little restaurants, pubs and shops close by. Worth coming here again.

The little croissants for breakfast were very chewy and tough to eat. I couldn't understand the waiter properly (his English wasn't the best), but he did his very best which I do appreciate.

The temperarure was set up too high. Too hot with the window closed, too cold with the window opened.

The reception looks like one from “80. Same with receptionist attitude.

Everything was perfect, friendly stuff and good breakfast. They gave us a room with incredible view and terrace.
