The hall of the hotel has been refurbished in a very nice and elegant manner. The difference between Guci and other hotels was made by the 6th floor restaurant and terrace which allows you to see the sea and a part of the port entrance during your breakfast. The hotel is closed to the old city center and Modern beach, Museum of Art, a Carrefour shop and a non-stop opened pharmacy.

Is not related to the hotel itself, but there are some abandoned homes in the area that display an unpleasant smell.

Hotel Gucci is located towards the beach end of the city centre and there are plenty of options for eating, drinking and shopping very close by. I had a spacious room. Internet worked fine, I was able to have a very good breakfast both mornings I was there.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good and the room very spatious. The bathroom looked very good.

The bed was quite uncomfortable and sadly the room did not look as amazing as the entrance to the hotel.

The lady at the front desk was amazing! She was so kind and courteous and helpful! She was very pleasant to talk to!

The beds were very stiff and hard, causing terrible back pain the next day. That is the only thing “wrong” with the room though, everything else was perfect

The best hotel I have ever been to. It's a very comfortable place, and the staff is amazing. The reason I give this hotel a 10/10 rating is because I forgot my money in my room, and the hotel promptly returned it. I really appreciate their decency and commitment to safety in the hotel.

Very nice staff, parking just across the street behind a barrier, very central, 2 minutes walk from the city centre. Clean. Good value for money.

As with many Romanian hotels, breakfast was mediocre. Beds very hard, but sleep quality was better than I expected.

Nice and spacious room, impeccably clean. Also, the kindest receptionists I ever met during my travels. I liked that it was possible to have breakfast on the outdoor terrace, with a view of the sea.

Good value for a decent price. Location is a plus, 10 minute walking to old town. Good breakfast with the basic options. Free private and secure parking in citycenter, nowdays is like a jackpot.

You may hear voices at next rooms if very loud. Hot water not instant in bathroom, need waiting a little time or more.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and accommodating of our dog. The parking across the road was also a nice surprise, so convenient and great to have this available in the city centre
