The location is excelent, very nice view from top floors, garden + swimming pool is fantastic, large space, lot of trees and shadow.

The air-con especially on the last floor is undersized, but, we understood that the hotel is old and the ventilation system is old too. At check out we benefit of a discount and we really appreciated. Another bad thing is the noise from the very near aqua park, I know the hotel cannot control that but just mentioned, this is mainly about the Romanian culture, loud music and every shop/place with their own music at maximum volume.

Second time at this hotel and would be back anytime. Everything was great, staff was very friendly and helpful, an example of how hotels staff should behave with customers. We arrived early at the hotel, and we were able to access facilities while waiting for check-in, and we stayed longer after our checkout. Pool is awesome, a great place to relax. Kids enjoyed and had a lot of fun. Breakfast was very good, lots of diversity 10+.

Would recommend to do a refresh on the kids' playground with newer slides/ activities as they are pretty old. Keep in mind for the 2024 hotel upgrade /renovation.

The entire staff go out of their way to make the stay comfortable, the garden grounds are beautiful and well maintained, the spa is world class. Restaurant was very nice and most things we tried in the menu were fresh and delicious.

The noise around the hotel is absolute chaos, such a shame sometimes the beauty and tranquility of the hotel are disrupted by the loud music from adjacent restaurants and the aqua park. Lucky everything quiets down over night.

I liked the property facilities including the spa, the garden and the pool area. Room was also very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of options but many of them could have been more tastefull.

Quality of food served for breakast - vegetables not very fresh and tasteless, little fruit options but a lot of pastry.

The room was large and comfortable, with a great view. Very clean. We stayed in a suite on the last floor of the hotel. The swimming pool also very good, with the sunbeds in the garden, under the trees. Nice and charming.

The beach is a shame. Dirty, crowdy, no facilities (no toilets, no showers, no bar). We preferred to go to other beaches. The restaurant staff was somehow unfriendly, even aggressive in some occasions. They create the impression they want to enforce discipline and the tourists are there to obey.

We really enjoyed relaxing at this hotel. The room was fantastic with views of the sun rising and setting from our balcony. My wife and daughter really enjoyed the spa complex and swimming pool.

I got a un free upgrade to an Apartment the room are big bathrooms full equipped and the view is stunning. Free parking and a huge garden in the back area. Breakfast was fabulous.

Hotel guests should have free Spa access.

Location is excellent and offers a nice perspective of the sea. Also the food is very tasty . The spa area is nice and they have a small pool for children.

Kinda small balcony but is not so important. The prices are high but if you want something decent you have to pay a lot of money. Normality costs alot these days.

Breakfast was very good and also the dinner we was eating but when we order dinner we experience that the staff 1 of the times said yes to give pommes frittes to the dinner but not come before we ask second time.

Not say yes if you don't understand what we are saying. it I much better to ask one more time. We now that you seldom have foreigner but think that ask one more time and at last for foreigner we expect some kind of potatoes to a dinner and not only meat.
