Comfortable enough hotel. Excellent location in the tourist area with all the restaurants and action. Very attentive and helpful staff. Appreciate change of room due to A/C in the initially assigned one not working.

The interior of the rooms is quite nice and the rooms are well equipped but it is hard not to notice some minor defects here and there - floor in the shower is not properly inclined and bathroom gets flooded, lack of free power sockets, shower (in the first room) did not operate properly. This little things can be somewhat annoying.

- Friendly staff (I could drop my bag at the reception for a few hours despite the hotel not having a dedicated room for that) - location doesn't get better than that (I personally enjoyed the view to the mosque)

- no close and easy-access sockets near the bed or around the room for charging the phone - despite overall cleanliness, there was dust on the heater on the bathroom, so I couldn't spread my towel to dry - breakfast was ok, but realistically not very diverse and high quality

Really beautiful hotel, big rooms, wonderful decorations, excellent location

Room service really rude - I called to order food, in the first place answered really annoyed “What??”, after that the conversation continued liked my call was innapropriate. Breakfast not good at all, not for a 4* hotel, really disappointed

- it's close to the main beach (10 mins) - close to the center with restaurants and also close to the port with some other good restaurants - the hotel looks nice, the staff is decently welcoming - the facilities are good (towels, bathrobe, slippers) - the AC is very nice! even though it's a central system, it's not loud at all - the breakfast (when the season officially starts) is very nice (cooked by a Lebanese chef) - you can easily find parking spaces in front of the hotel, or on the streets behind it

- it can get a bit noisy in the evening, the hotel being in the old center - there is a restaurant attached to the hotel and depending on the volume of guests and the program of the restaurant, there can be a live performance that is quite loud - the sink drain from some rooms can get easily clogged - the windows and mosquito nets could use a cleaning, they have bird droppings on them and dust

Spacious and clean rooms; Wonderful location, very central; Friendly staff;

Breakfast - limited, mainly Lebanese (since the restaurant is next to the hotel), but overrall pretty good; having the same type of food every morning wasn't that great or coming to breakfast around 9:30 (it was until 10) and finding empty trays wasn't that great either. Our room had no balcony.

Nice, modern hotel right in the "old city center" of Constanta. The staff was very kind and helpful. I had a big room and bathroom and both were clean with modern furniture. The breakfast was interesting because it is not a buffet - instead you can choose from several menu options at the restaurant connected to the hotel - the option I had was very good and quite big.

More power supply sockets in the room would have been useful.

In the old town, the staff were friendly. Full amenities, the room was very hot but the staff was very responsive and fixed the issue in few minutes.

The room was on the roof on the 4th floor the elevator stop at the 3rd floor so you should walk the stairs up. The breakfast isn’t a buffet breakfast, just a set of 5 menus to choose from , with limited choices like no fruits, yogurt, juice or sweets.

Clean, staff extremely friendly, great position of the location both to the center and to the beach. Even if in the middle of Old Town, you cannot hear the music.

This time I stayed at the last floor (4th), on the attic. The elevator goes only till 3rd floor and we had to climb the last floor stairs. Small issues with the shower as the water was not draining. We arrived at 9.30 at breakfast and the buffet was almost empty (very few choices) and was not a refill even if promised.

Nice hotel, very clean and modern. It's positioned in the historical center of Constanta.

Even though the hotel mention they have parking, the parking area is a public space, unpaved, where everyone can park. The place was hard to find and you could park where there was a free place. The parking part was a minus.

This hotel is right outside old town Constanta. Extremely convinient, walking distance to sights, restaurants, bars and pubs. The room itself was great in size, the bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was good. Highly recommend if visiting Constanta!!

Friendlier staff, we came in pretty late, but just felt like they did not want to be there nor deal with us. More tourist pamphlets and/or directions on where to get tourist information. Providing a map of the area would be convinients.
