Everything- the hotel is very new and modern. While we only stayed for one night, we really enjoyed this hotel. That is, our room was very clean and well appointed. The check in / check out process was quick and efficient, well handled by Ioana from reception. Ioana was very nice and helpful and explained to us everything about the property (restaurant, spa).

I can not express how amazing this place was for me - everything from the staff to the room amazing. Our room was so big and comfortable the bed was superb and the staff although they finished their shift they came back just to make us two delicious dishes

I really appreciated the design of the bathroom, but unfortunately the floor was really slippery. Fell and nearly broke my hand. A non-slip mat would be useful, at least in the shower area.

Location. Interior design is similar to Hyatt Hotels. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable bed. wi-if quality was good (Wi-Fi 5 - based on Ubiquity Access Points) The balcony patio. The restaurant was looking good, unfortunately didn’t got the time to try some Ribeye steak.

Description was wrong in Booking.com It was showing twin beds, but in reality the room was one King bed and a sofa.

Very nice hotel, in a great location. Good breakfast buffet.

Rooms on 1st floor were very noisy until late due to the loudspeakers in the restaurant below They were at full blast until midnight, so very little chance to get a good night sleep before that. There’s a shortage of AC sockets, which defeats the purpose of having the very long desk & working area. It seems these were omitted by the project engineers.

Showers very slippery Arriving at 22h30 after long drive, bar staff is kindly serving us a drink, 3min. later bar manager disagrees though and already asks us to leave as they would like to close. Little more flexibility would be great.

The bathroom was stunning! I liked everything about this hotel, easy access to and from car park, lovely restaurant, delicious breakfast, the room was spotless clean and everything was very modern. I recommend and would definitely come here again if I need a hotel in Timisoara.

There’s nothing I didn’t like.

First of all , this is the first time I visit Romania it is a great country and kind people. I really like them and will visit them many times in future INSHALLAH . However, the hotel is very clean and the restaurant serve high quality food with good price.

Everything was exceptional, including the restaurant, where we had a few very good meals. The staff was helpful and friendly. Location is not in the city center but was very quite. All in all it was better than I expected.

Needed another night, but the hotel was fully booked.Pity.

very comfy rooms, great bed and linesheets; generous parking spots, gorgeous garden; good restaurant even if extremely expensive and they brought to the table something which was not ordered, forcing us to take it….nevertheless hotel is good for families
