Good facilities and clean room. Our checkin was seamless even as we arrived before midnight. The room was very comfortable and spacious. A cot was also provided for our 3year old. The buffet had good options with fruits and fresh juice as well. The location is a quiet area and you can easily take a stroll down the streets. The staff were friendly and they also had a takeaway breakfast ready for us very early on our departure day as we had an early flight. The cab drivers attached to the hotel were also very friendly and helpful on our trips about town. Nice place, highly recommended.

I've been several times at ParkInn and always enjoy my stay here. The staff is very kind. I really enjoy the breakfast which has so many options. Also the normal menu for dinner and lunch is very good. I especially enjoy the salads.

The taxi service could be arranged better. It's very expensive compared to other taxi services and several times different prices were charged for the same drop-off location. This felt a bit dodgy to me and I felt very overcharged several times. Also sometimes there was an issue between the taxi drivers as they all wanted to take on the ride and even started arguing in front of us. This is not very professional. Anyways, my stay at parkinn was very nice, but the taxi service could be improved.

I stayed at the Garden Inn by Radison for 10 days and enjoyed every moment of it. Before I came out to Kigali, I researched all available propertise on booking.com and the GI convinced me through the sleek design of its rooms, its gym and pool, and the good reviews I read about it. The only thing I was not sure about is its location - I wasn't fully able to find out what would be a convenient location given I'd need to go to meetings and would also like to do some sightseeing and dine out. After 10 days there, I am none the wiser - it appears there is no "right" location in Kigali and staying at the GI, in a lush hilly area with a beautiful vista and surounded by restaurants is probably as good as it gets. Another factor that is very important to me is staff and the GI convinces in that category as well. Starting from the friendly driver and the receiptionists that would go out of their way to make your stay the most pleasant one (for instance, the airline lost my baggage - the receptionists were very patient and helpful in my search for it), over staff in the lobby and the cafe (equally, if not even friendliner) over those in the breakfast area (perfect breakfast to start the day with, accompanied by enough smiles to get you through the day). Money-wise, it has also been a very good experience. It is not the cheapest stay but having talked to colleagues and (other) locals, this is the best value for money a 4-star hotel in Kigali offers. Alltogether, it has been a bliss. In two months time, it will be Kigali time again for me and I already know where I'll stay.

I am always cold and would have appreciated having a heated pool but that's just me - other guests did not seem to mind.

The staff are expectional, friendly and very courtious, they can really go out of the way to ensure you are comfortable and your requests are dealt with. The Hotel taxi services is very effiecient, and do not forget to do a little bit of bargaining on the rates for trips with the city or otherwise. :)

Please add a little more to your menu Room service , espically at night needs to be a litte more careful on the quality of food and service Just a little bit of traning to staff, especially Room service on phone etitcate, smile....

the rooms do not have a suitcase rack - very irritating as there is no place to keep the suitcase in the wardrobe as well so you are forced to empty the suitcase The room service especially the laundry service is pathetic The hotel should provide free airport transfer - just like most other hotels in Kigali; shocked they do not

The welcoming from when we walked into the hotel was great. I had a special request for a rose set up because it was my husband's birthday and they gave us superior service. They even exceeded my expectation by signing to him and a piece of cake. All this made our moment in Park Inn extra special. The breakfast was awesome, we also ordered dinner which was awesome. The staff is very friendly and accomodative, people like Emmanuel, Moses and the guy at the reception. These kind of people are real assets in the company. We had the best time...

Fantastic location! I was truly impressed by the warmth, professionalism, and welcoming nature of the staff. I want to give a special commendation to Ms. Carine at the front desk, who went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. Not only did she upgrade my room, but she also arranged a baby cot for my 9-month-old.

I saw mosquitoes a couples of times especially at the foyer.

I hurt myself off-site the hotel during my stay and the hotel nurse was so helpful, the receptionist is amazing and the taxi service is so convenient and affordable. The drivers were very friendly.

Nothing negative to state about the hotel, just noted that the hotel rooms booked directly were way better than booking done through booking.com. Improve on the spa facilities (massage)

A colleague fell ill and he hotel was beyond exceptional in their care. The accountant, I forget his name, took us to the hospital and stayed with us from 10.30pm till 5.15am, and he genuinely showed concern.. Thereafter other staff still went with us to the hospital. This more than made up for the inital issues we had at check-in.

Check-in was a bit sloppy.

Efficiency and simplicity

The floor carpet produces often negative respiratory effects. It requires special cleaning and is not suitable for countries with high humidity and average temperature. Using tiled floors is more convenient and clean.
