The property is relaxed and has two nice restaurants and terraces. The villa part of the complex is the most affordable and is good value for money. Room is spacious and bathroom is decent - water is not always dependable and you may be in the middle of your shower waiting for the water to return (usually after 3 min)..

I found the arrangement of the complex a little awkward as it’s segments are not connected internally. You basically need to walk on the street to go get to the breakfast area or to go to the other restaurant up the hill. The reception is rather basic in terms of services. In the room I would welcome a little lighting and to have the safe screwed/bolted into the wall and not just loose in the cupboard.

As this was my third time staying at this property (in itself a high recommendation) my expectations were of course strongly biased towards my previous stays. They were met again. You have to keep in mind what you pay but for that you get an excellent room, good internet connections, very nice breakfast in an outdoor all season environment. You truly get to experience Kigali. Close to various other great restaurants as well and centrally located.

The rooms are not very spacious but large enough. There is a small desk to work on but you can always work in the various open shared spaces, the restaurant etc. Plenty of options.

I liked everything! The price is exceptional for what you get to be honest. The room and bathroom were nicely sized with a comfortable king bed and great shower. There were two pools, and the one closest to me was beautiful and right next to the group exercise area, where they hold yoga classes among other things. You have two restaurants to choose from, and the breakfast was outstanding, with chefs preparing eggs and pancakes to order. The staff was beyond friendly, and the property was extremely clean; I even saw them power scrubbing outdoor stairs and patios. You also get a complementary 20 minute massage for booking; I added on another 30 minutes to get a 50 minute massage (which was very good) for $50. I would absolutely stay here again.

The only problem was that my room was next to a very noisy restaurant, and one night I had a hard time falling asleep. I called the main desk, and they both went to the establishment to ask them to tone it down and offered to change my room for me (which I didn't take since I was unpacked and already in bed, but the offer was very nice!).

The breakfast and food was excellent and lovely. There were lovely Kenyan Chef's who made the stay so memorable. From wonderful talks to ensuring that we got all we ordered for and requested for. It felt like home. The massage was heavenly indeed. I'm so happy with the East African Resident discount for the massage. The staff was super friendly, from the hotel, the room service and the retreat area. We really enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable. This is somewhere I will definitely be coming back too, not just for the massage but also for the stay. They have a beautiful view of the city. I had ample parking for my motorbike and it was safe. They have a yoga hall where you can practice, the pool was amazing. Lovely display of artwork that you can buy if you'd like. My brother had come to visit me from United Kingdom and my friend from Greenland they loved it!

A little taste of luxury, enjoyed the lovely big room, very comfy bed, biscuits and facilities. Netflix on the tv was a bonus after a week of reading. They even include a 20 minute massage which sadly we didn't have time to take. Restaurant is really nice but it is at the more expensive "fine dining" end, by far the priciest meal we ate in Rwanda but really high quality. Breakfast was excellent, and the setting is lovely. There are two sister hotels nextdoor to each other, the VERY fancy one and this one (a little less fancy but still very nice). It's a bit confusing which is which when you first arrive.

During our stay in Rwanda we passed several times terugh this Hotel: first night after flight and on our way from Akagera to Nyungwe ( and since we decided: soon just before our out- flight) Great comfortable place. We each time booked a queensroom and were astonished by the level of comfort. Friendly and helpfull staff. Great swimming pool, nice for birding too. The two restaurants in the complex are great m. value. Breackfast is well stuffed. Very close to citycenter what makes it easy for selfdriving tourists ( shopping+ traffic) .

We appreciated the beautiful atmosphere, great location, good food, sustainability practices, air conditioning. There is a spa and swimming pool on the property. Due to time constraints, I was unable to enjoy the complimentary massage or pool, but hope to do that on a future visit. Heaven is a lovely place to stay. This wasn't my first time and it probably won't be my last.

Parking can be a little tight with a large vehicle or if the lot is full. They are not always quick to respond to Whatsapp messages.

The breakfast was delicious, served on time, and plentiful. The Heaven restaurant and Boutique hotel looked exactly as shown in the pictures, it was so beautiful. The room is beautiful with artwork highlighting African culture. The restaurant location was great, near Kigali town, it has a serene environment and calm, just what I needed for my vacation. In addition, the hotel already has an itinerary of activities you can do and I participated in some of them and it was worth the money. I had an amazing time, the tour guides were professional and they answered the questions I had. I also had a complimentary massage that was included in my stay which was relaxing and amazing.

Most of my expectations were met. I do not see any further improvements, it's a nice place to be.

The hotel is small and very nice. The rooms are open and airy and there are common areas to sit spread around the hotel. The furnishings are new and tasteful. The staff were all helpful. The front desk people were available to answer questions. It is a short walk to the Heaven Restaurant. Their breakfasts had a great selection. Lunch and dinner there was always excellent. The setting is like being in a treehouse. The food was excellent and the servers made dining even more enjoyable. We look forward to returning in the future.

The staff are exceptional and the best I have ever dealt with as a hotel. So many gave wonderful service and it is very difficult to pick out names. I may add but I dealt with about 20 different staff but I might add the ones I dealt with most. Pool was lovely, the Heaven Restaurant was very relaxing and peaceful. Maybe tea lights would be a lovely touch. Breakfast was amazing and was sufficient to keep me going until the evening. The hot food was hot and only about 20% of hotels manage this. Reuben was patience personified and probably saw you most. Will add lovely staff later

I had asked 4 times by email for a quiet room but they did change. I would ask the hotel to AUTOMATICALLY put service charge on bills and if customers want to add more they can. Staff were exceptional and we would be happy for this to happen. Please have the tee shirts with a capital R for Rwanda. Such a minor point. The important things are been done brilliantly. SUPERSTARS.
