This hotel offers high standard at a good price. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The centre (Kiyovu) is within walking distance (you have to walk up the hill though). While there are many nice restaurants in the area, you actually have one of the best restaurants in Kigali on top of the hotel. They have a large variety of food at very good prices and you don't have to wait long for your food either. I appreciated finding a Gideon testament in my room.

Difficult to find anything to write here. A garden would have been nice, but I think all the rooms are coming with a balcony at least.

I liked the location a lot, and the roof restaurant for breakfast and dinner. The people at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. And I had a fantastic view over Kigali from my room.

The only very small complaint is that the hot water system did not really work in my attached bathroom. Even the person who came to show it to me was not able to activate it. I guess it is a technical issue, and it wasn't tto bad to have a cold shower after a warm day.

Extremely Satisfied with everything i expected for. Extremely comfortable and enjoyable staying. Staff are very friendly and easily to helping. Breakfast was very good tasteful you will love. The hotel room is huge and cleaning and is safety to stay. i will recommend people to book the best hotel. i will stay the hotel again.

i found nothing problem with my staying in the hotel including my communication with the staff. i would like the hotel to improve communication bit when and what time to pick us at the airport at the right time

Urban by City Blue is a nice hotel, centrally located in Kiyovu, which is a very safe area. The centre of Kiyovu is in walking distance if one does not mind walking up the hill. The restaurant at Urban is a highlight with nice food, quick service and value for money. I appreciated finding a Gideon bible in my room.

I tried to contact the hotel by email, which did not work neither using Booking.com nor using any email address on the website. The rooms are generally nice, but would benefit from some renovation. The elevator was out of order.

Nothing, but those are notes to myself. - The reception phone code is "200" not "Zero", I received a call and couldn't call back by dialing 0, had to ask the restaurant at "108". 😅 - No Uber or ride-share, move.rw can't send the OTP, (the good thing is the hotel do arrange taxis).

This hotel is in a great location, with a restaurant and another bar upstairs. Great views overlooking Kigali! We ate there twice during our stay in town. The grilled whole tilapia was excellent. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We also had our laundry done, and it was both quick and reasonably priced!

We used the bed netting and it worked well, but we woke up in the middle of the night to find a lot of mosquitoes in our room (we killed 4). We had never opened any windows, or the door for the attached terrace, so we assumed there was an opening somewhere maybe from the AC unit, or the terrace door frame or possibly from somewhere in the bathroom.

The location was great and near to places I wanted to see. The rooftop restaurant offers great views.

I liked everything. A slight disappointment was that there was no view over the city from my room as it suggests in the picture on booking.com. But I noticed that on the neighbouring plot construction is going on and probably that interrupts this view. So it’s not Urban’s fault.

The breakfast at the hotel was simply wonderful, Rwanda-style as well as continental variations were available plus a wide range of fresh fruit. I don't think I ever had such a delicious breakfast (with changing menu every day) before.

I hate carpet floors, especially in hotel rooms - and in spite the fact the staff did whatever they could it did not look appealing. Aside from that all was perfectly fine.

The location, breakfast and friendliness of the staff are very good. The rooftop bar/restaurant is great for grabbing a drink or a quick bite (the service is quite fast).

I had arranged for the hotel to send a taxi for me to be picked up at the airport. However, no one showed up. Also the rooms are a bit dated. The food served at the restaurant is decent but not exceptionally tasty.

I waked up late and I missed the breakfast but all in all I enjoyed my stay. Excellent and quick service and friendly staff also I enjoyed the discount on the bill at the restaurant. I will surely come back

The phone in the room were not working, I advice to check everything in the room before the client check in also in the morning, I couldn't have hot water in the shower, waited for almost 30min the shower open and no hot water
