Me and my wife liked everything about this hotel. We were welcomed warmly by the staff, starting with the luggage carrier, the reception. We even got a complimentary healthy snack at check in. Something we didn't get at other 5 star hotels. The cleanliness was impeccable, the cleaning service representative Rasel did an exceptional job tidying up our room by making it spotless and everywhere else in our floor (we were on 3th floor). He was generous enough to offer us anything he could to suit our needs. A special thank you to you Rasel. You've made our stay very comfortable. The Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant was beautiful, the staff were very accommodating and tried to make us feel at home, I actually got a staff member who offered to take my plates to my table, very nice of him, and the breakfast had variety of food. The whole staff is well organized, which I've never seen it at other hotels. It was just a nice place for us to rest before to finish our umrah trip before leaving. And finally to top it off, we were given a very late checkout, special thanks to the reception staff and manager for this perk. Thank you so much for making us feel at home.

Absolutely Nothing. I love everything about this beautiful hotel

I picked the hotel because if its convenient location by the airport. The staff was outstanding, very courteous and helpful. I especially appreciated that Jiwan always made up the room whether it was early or late in the day. I often spent much of the day in my room and usually left only in the late afternoon or evening. I also liked that the decor was modern, contemporary and not overbearing. The rooftop pool was a plus. The bed was very comfortable.

The TV had issues with the picture freezing frequently. The shower was not functioning properly. Hot and cold water adjustment was impossible as it never held a constant temperature.

There is some communication gap between booking.com and hotel. I received an email from hotel stating more money than initially booked on booking.com, however, once i called the hotel, the issue was reolved, nonetheless, it is point to be worked on. Then i was given room without sofabed and i had to show them my booking details to get the room, again a small point for coordination. Lastly, i asked for shuttle service, which was provided but he asked me to wait for all other guests to fill the bus. I understand that lot of people use the shuttle srevice, but i also gave time to reach airport in time, the person booking the shuttle could have told me that we shall wait for 10 other guests before leaving. Ultamately, i had to take taxi to reach airport in time.

Everything It will always be my destination when I come to Jeddah, great and clean hotel, the staff are top of the line, cheerful and flexible, I would like to thank all the staff especially the reception Ms. Reem and Rawan. And of course Mr. Kamran for his generosity and kindness🤍🤍

Newly built, modern-style hotel with a clean design. It's like a new business hotel in Germany or Switzerland. Cleanliness is extremely good, down to the smallest detail. Our floor was managed by the caretaker Al Hajj Miya, who is extremely dedicated and precise in his job. The breakfast is amazingly good, with plenty of perfectly fresh fruit and an unexpectedly high standard of choice. We were kindly assisted at breakfast by a lady called Shahad. Lunch and dinner menu dishes are prepared quickly, the meat is of excellent quality. We will definitely return here, everything was perfect.

There is nothing to complain about.

The location is great. Staff is trying to help and serve. The room is clean and comfy.

1. The underground parking entrance is steep to a level my car getting scatched every time in/out (my car is normal sedan). 2. I would love to see the smart TV offering connectivity to our mobile phones and the ability to stream our favorites from Netflix or OSN. (The hotel software is restricting this) 3. We can smell the cigarette smoke in our room even though we asked for a non-smoker room.

Near the airport and free shuttle bus to the airport every hour

Second time here, and this experience was generally better. Service is fast and food was decent. Our floor’s keeper Rasel was very helpful in providing all services needed including cleaning and stacking up on water. I hope the management reward this behavior that made our experience a lot better. The room is of a decent size, bathroom is spacious as well.

The location although perfect because of its close distance to the airport isn’t ideal, the neighborhood doesn’t offer a lot. The bed is a bit hard to sleep on, the mattress isn’t very comfortable. Reception service is generally off putting and uninviting, but not rude.

This was my second stay at the Clarion and it's a great option for short trips to Jeddah. There is a free airport shuttle. The hotel is modern and very clean and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff is fantastic, Hidayat from housekeeping in particular was very good. Breakfast, whilst not extensive, is decent and great value for the price.

My only suggestions for improvement is they should provide the option of both soft and firm Pillows. The pillows provided in the room were all too soft for my liking. Also on a minor point the coffee and tea making facilities should include either UHT milk or creamer, the assumption the hotel have made is that everyone prefers black coffee and tea.
