Guy at the pool/ spa was amazing and super nice Room was clean Staff very nice Location good, amazing restaurants nearby Pool area

The fact they dont have half of the things from menu for Room service TOO LOUD music during the night from place below (we stayed at 1 st floor and Because of music we couldnt sleep)

Beautiful hotel. All facilities, furniture and equipment in excellent condition. Our room (2 bedroom suite) was very spacious with private bathroom for each room. Starbucks and restaurants in the same location.

Entrance to the hotel is hard to find/poor signage. There aren't many stores/restaurants in walking distance and this neighborhood needs a car. The restaurants in the same compound are quite expensive. I have also later noticed in the hotel confirmation message that they prohibit bringing food from outside into the hotel (I never understand how hotels can apply such a rule). That said, we ordered food (unaware of the rule at the time) and the hotel didn't prevent the food delivery, but it's always very unwelcoming to see such a rule in hotels.

The location is great and calm, being a part of plaza with great café/restaurants options. The ambiance is relaxing, The room is spacious, clean, comfy, has good view, and includes all amenities. The restaurant is modern and fancy. Good roof top pool to refresh with cozy gym. Respect and Hospitality from all hotel's staff/receptionist-housekeeping-restaurant-Spa was remarkable. Check-in-checkout processes were easy and fast even it was a last minute reservation. I appreciate their honesty where i forgot an object in my room, and they kept it in deposits till i returned to pick it up. Will return back.

Hot Jacuzzi was out of order, Breakfast could be improved, other than that the hotel is a perfect choice.

the jacuzzi is not working properly and it was not cleaned properly for the next guest as hairs are all over the jacuzzi and bathroom

The recipients staff (Mrs. Nasma) very welcoming and efficient. Location of the hotel and its quite roomy parking area are also very positive points . The room was really big and nicely set up. Nothing was missing in it.

The buffet for lunch and dinner was of little variety.

The staff during our stay were outstanding. The gentleman at the front desk is absolutely excellent at his job. Thank you for making our stay seriously feel like home! Also the location with coffee shops and places to eat around is great and it is a very central location in jeddah not too far from any one place!

Location , coffee and restaurant in the same block. Relax music in the hallways. Cleanness.

The pool were small. In addition, it should be an arrange time for children to go the pool. Everytime i wanted to go and relax in the pool. I found out many children swimming and making noises.

The location was great as there are restaurants downstairs and many places to eat if you walk a little around the area. The suite that I had was very spacious.

The water in the bathroom did not go down the drain and I asked them to sort it out and they only came the next day. The receptionist needs to be a little more friendlier with guests. The noise from the cafés and restaurants went on for a long time into the night.

Location and Cleanliness

On arrival we were given different times for opening times of the spa. Spa was however opened complete different times. Jacuzzi was shut and sauna was shut also. Main reason for this hotel was for the spa facilities so was disappointing.
