a) The cereals section ought to serve a different variety per day. b) Beverages were excellent but can include drinking chocolate for specific clients. c) Raw vegetable section requires overall especially the tinned grapes, figs, etc.. d) Bread section was excellent. e) Fresh fruits were okay but same kind was served daily. Different fresh fruits each day will be okay. Refilling was slow and at times forgotten until the waiter was reminded. f) We really enjoyed a plate of a wide variety of fresh fruits (including kiwi fruit and green melon) a treat from owner of the hotel. That was great. Thank you Mr. CEO NB: I will come back in February 2024 for another 4 days.

1) I did not like when a staff cleaning next to room 306 told us it was not his work to open the door for us. The person had a card round his neck and ours had refused to open the door. I had to go down to reception to get the card recharged. The staff was rude and had poor attitude. I reported at the reception. Date was 28th December 2023 afternoon time. 2) Pillows are to thick. Kindly get thin pillows so that I will be completely comfortable when I come next month.

1. Location. Most of shops are walking distance. 2. Available parking. 3. Friendly staff. 4. Fast check in and out. 5. Clean and all you need to enjoy your stay is available.

1. Bellows were not comfortable. 2. cleaning and ironing services prices are high. You may need to do them externally for better prices. 3. I believe housekeeping staff need to ensure bath door is firmly closed after cleaning since room might get smelly if no proper ventilation ensured.

The hotel staffs here are amazing and welcoming for first impression, and for the full 3 days I was here. We arrived a little early about 10am via railway and grateful that we were allowed for early check in without additional charges. Such great hospitality. The breakfast too was sufficient. Location wise is easy to locate via Careem or Uber. Close to most tourist locations (meeting points for tour) and foods are easily available within few stone throw away.

Nothing to be honest. the breakfast is nice, but would be superb if they have some Arabic rice on the menu.

The cleaning service did clean my room although I was out and I did not light the clean sign. I did not expect that someone can enter my room while I'm outside. I did not like that at all. Also, they do not adhere to the cleaning rules. I'm putting my towels in the right place however they still change them all the time unnecessarily!

All in all a nice hotel in a good shape that offers all what you need for business or holiday travel. Very clean, nice rooms well in shape. Good to know that this hotel is a bit more focussing on guest from arabic countries this is why not everybody understands english well, and the breakfast is arabic style.

Only issue that I had (as a business traveler that needs to sleep at night to head to business meetings next morning fresh and relaxed) was very noisy family guests that had children playing football at night 3 o'clock in the room, hitting the ball against the room wall, clapping room doors and running over the floor. Due to the fact, nobody understood english, my complaints lead to no success.

Hotel was nice and clean, the staff was overall friendly except the night shift but well who wants to work nights :D I really enjoyed the Gym as it had everything we need. Breakfast was great, though we had to specifically talk to the Chef when we wanted poached eggs. The egg station cook wasn't so keen and pretended he doesn't understand. Nothing was problem in his hotel when you asked politely.

Breakfast choices were ok, we missed some small things like plant based milk or more veggies and fruits but given the price it was sufficient. Missed ketchup, mustard or mayo for the continental buffet.

The Variety, Quality, Presentation, Service, Cleanliness and Timing and Availability of Food was Amazing.

The parking facility is situated in the basement, offering constant availability. However, accessing it poses challenges as it is located on the main road. The entrance and exit ramps are deep, making navigation difficult. Despite these issues, the convenience of available parking at all times is noteworthy.

The location is perfect. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff is helpful and friendly. The breakfast comes with the room rate and it’s good.

They few parking in front of the hotel. They have under ground parking but it’s so difficult to park and needs a good driver to park.

Staff was very kind, the room very comfortable, breakfast was amazing, the gym was well equipped and clean, the bar was nice and serving good food and beverages (without alcohol). Perfect position if you need to visit the Riyhad exhibition center, very good quality/price ratio!!

Impossible to have a pleasant walk around the hotel, If you want to visit some nice places, it is necessary to call for a taxi.

The location was very close to the exhibition center where we were exhibiting. Staff were friendly.

The breakfast was extremely poor. The variety was minimal and the eggs were always made either with the wrong ingredients than the one ordered and/or not well done as requested. Buffet seriously needs work. Value for money here is terrible.
