Spacious room. Bathroom had a bath and separate shower cubicle. Secure, covered and well-lit parking, with disabled parking bay. Staff at reception, cafe and breakfast were friendly and helpful.

The bedding and towels would be washed and replaced daily. There appears to be no effort toward sustainability and delaying the replacement of bedding and towels.

Space, beds, desk & quiet

Need more focus on cleaning i.e window glass not clean, one water bottle was used, some bread on window set. Please this is not first time i see such comments in your hotel.

very close to Granada mall.opposite hotel, grocery store, Starbucks, AlBaik, spice sprinkles, fresh juice shop and ice cream shop. u could easily check out at 3pm. great staff and very cooperative

room rate too high. SAR 440 for a 3 star hotel. should include breakfast

Fairly spacious rooms and very comfortable beds, making for a great sleep. The front of house staff are friendly and welcoming.

Room service was unpredictable, arriving at night and, as a result the room went unserviced for a couple of days.

The bed is so so comfortable, I slept like a baby in this place . The hotel is also in a good location close to restaurants , coffees , shops , pharmacies and about 5 km from al nakheel mall . the room is really spacious and nice .

the furniture is a bit old , if the hotel gets renovated it would be perfect

there should be some sort of security for the nice hotel parking, especially underground.

Very convenient if you're heading towards the exhibitions in Riyadh Front also facing the hotel across the road is a collection of restaurants , coffee shops, a mini market and most importantly there's a pharmacy as well ...

the location is good, near a couple malls. with good restaurants options and cafes. the area is quiet and they have a small park that you could see from the room. the room was clean and comfortable with good space for your extra pieces. great value for money

I like everything about the hotel ( location/ cleanliness/ the stuff / even the price is reasonable ) This was my third time staying in this hotel , and I stay for long time too , so I like it too much ❤️❤️ I recommend all my friends for trying this hotel
