Room very confortable, bathroom large, very quite. Good position from and to the airport and to reach the exbibition centre. It is very near the Granada mall.

Breakfast is poor, should be improved, not up to the expèctation of the hotel

I had a pleasant stay at Iris Boutique Granada last week! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was good, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I particularly enjoyed the comfy bed and the quiet atmosphere. The hotel's location was also very convenient, close to Hilton Convention Center and Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Iris Boutique Granada to anyone visiting Riyadh.

Staff friendly and helpful. Room a good size and comfortable. Fantastic room service. Hotel situated in a good location close to all amenities.

Very clean, hygiene, organised. Great service from the staff, particularly Rimon was kind and helpful. I have never experienced such a organised room, everything was in right place, whatever I used to mis in other hotels, I got it here. For example a comb, mouthwash, glasses were wrapped in plastic. Fully equipped room: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, tooth brush and paste, tea, coffee, coffee mate, iron machine and many more. Will definitely visit again.

The hotel is a hidden gem really, it explains why they call it "boutique" for this room rate you get 5 star welcoming and treatment it is really something extraordinary I wish to mention one of the staff to highlight him/her but they did not give me a chance to do so because they were all amazing, the room so clean also space and furniture is not something you would expect to see when you book for such a price it is really great! Location of the hotel could not be better 5 minutes away from one of the busiest malls in town and electric scooters are every were to rent and head to many international food destinations just 5 minutes away on scooter... next door there are a couple of above average local lounges that can be visited and above all it is 20 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from the Business district!

please do not read this the wrong way... the chef in the restaurant was more than amazing with his smile and welcoming however I found breakfast to be below average in term of variety and freshness if the occupancy is not that high and the number of rooms does not allow them to offer a good breakfast buffet then as a boutique hotel I suggest they offer breakfast to the room "made to order" which then they save on food and give good breakfast that matches the rest of property great presentation.

I liked how kind and professional the personnel at the reception was. Our flight arrived late at night, past the time we have announced them, but they were kind enough to wait for us and accommodate our stay. The rooms were large, clean and well equipped. The breakfast was decent and served up until 10:00 am. Thank you for your service!

Would be great to collaborate with a more professional taxi company for the hotel guests.

1- Even though the basement car parking size was small and parking slot were narrow, yet it was well designed, and all space was used. 2- One of the two front desk representatives was very professional and well spoken. 3- During the night, it is so calm.

1- One parking slot in front of the hotel. The only parking available before checking in is the basement car parking which open by your room card only or in the neighborhood. you have to find a way to park your car tell you check in and then get your room card to open the basement gate. 2- One of the two front desk representative needs more training in hospitality. 3- While taking nap, unfortunately the cleaners in the other room/s were talking loudly all the time and their voice can be heard from far down the corridor.

This small hotel was cozy, quiet, with a warm atmosphere. I loved the quietness. I specially loved the courteous staff, they were polite, respectful, very helpful, and they made me feel at home. The breakfast food was very good, all the varieties, and the taste. Smaller buffet than the big hotels, but that's actually what I liked about it. I ordered room service dinner, and they were very fast, they arrived in 15 min. They have a small gym & a small swimming pool too! It's walking distance from the Granada Mall and the Hilton, where I was attending a conference. There's a lively running path that I used, you just cross the street & head to your left. It goes around a park, with many people there walking & running. I took 3 turns around it and back to the hotel, it was a good 7k.

The wifi was poor, and practically unusable, and I ended up using my mobile data coverage all through my stay. The gym was small and did not have all the equipment you'd need (only aerobic machines & very light dumbbells available). The pool was also small, and the water was a bit cold.

Location was amazing, right next to Garnada. This is decent hotel. They take care of everything. They use high standard bath fixtures. Bed was comfy.

Outside view was not good. Small window open to next wall. Sometimes feel suffocated if you live longers hours in room. Suggest to take room with road view.
