Breakfast was wonderful and the spread was amazing. The food was very nice, up to the mark and with sufficient variety to select from. The staff were very attentive and special credit to Reem of front desk, who was a brilliant specimen of customer service and she always wore a very warm smile fully geared to help. Reem should be a role model to others and hope she sticks with this property and that she's rewarded for her excellence in customer service.

The dinner buffet rate at 220SAR was insanely high and was very discouraging. Plus the decision to scrap the a-la-carte ordering inside the restaurant and making the buffet a mandatory thing was rather unwelcome.

The location was great, as it was next to the exhibition center we were attending. All staff were very friendly, welcoming , extremely helpful and professional-specifically the reception team ( Mohammed, Naaman and Hussam and the bell boy) Also thank you very much for the room upgrade, much appreciated! Breakfast was good, a variety of options provided. Keep up the great work guys!

Housekeeping takes place in the afternoon/ evenings. Would have preferred the mornings over evenings

The staff was awesome - Amin, Husam, Naser, Abdul, the entire housekeeping and restaurant staff. beautiful comfortable room and great location if traveling for an exhibition.

The food was not at all great - everything i tried through room service and at breakfast was tasteless and often cold. even the room service i ordered was cold - i got cold butter chicken and no bread with it even after telling them twice.

To start with: Chexking in and checking out was very Fast and Easy. In addition, surprisingly the room was modern looking, spacious and clean. Furthermore, I would like to give a special thanks to the duty manager on duty when I checked-in Mr. Naaman Yassin for a great welcome and also upgrading my stay with a complimentary breakfast included.

Comment on the refrigerator on my room it’s not properly cleaned and I think this needs to improve

I really enjoyed my stay at Radisson Blu - the rooms were very clean and the refurbishment was of very good quality. I am grateful to Jalal who went over and above in assisting me to make my room service order and ensured I received my request. All of the staff were at all times polite and friendly. Thanks also to Alex and Naseer at the front desk. A great stay!

Everything was perfect.

A minute away from the main conference entrance and for slightly private meetings, the hotel lobby or business center is a great alternate place for meetings. Rooms were comfortable and our whole experience was pretty great.

We had four rooms of which one of the rooms had an unpleasant check-in experience where the guest was kept waiting several hours for a room, but outside of this, there were no other glitches.

Everything was good & brand new .

Everything was good . Nothing I could see that I did not like . Maybe it was not the fault of the hotel but one night the electricity of the full property was not there for more than half the night . I expected a hotel like this to have a backup generator but maybe this kind of thing does not happen often .

lovely hotel that makes me come back to have a good weekend get away from work stress. staff are very friendly and helpful. i was suppose to check in at 3pm, but front desk staff was helping me to fulfil my request to Check in early as 10am. amazing and top services from the staff. Mohamad Azaha always helping me with the swimming pool.

honestly the staff “ naser, hosam, Abdulaziz and Abdulrahman made my stay wonderful because they were so helpful, kind and respectable . they did their best to make my stay enjoyable Also the room is so clean and the whole hotel facilities are great
