Checkin process was fast. All people at the hotel are very welcoming. Pool, jaccuzi, sauna and steam room all good with convenient opening time. Rooms are very clean and parking spaces inside and outside are spacious. First hotel ever who put the crib based on my message that I sent before coming to the hotel. Mattresses and pillows are so comfy. Thanks to Mr. Raed and Islam for following-up to make sure things went well.

Everything was amazing. Gym in the building is small, however, you are able to use other professional gym right next building which belongs to the hotel as well.

management should immediately assign some budget to replace the Sanitary/ Hardware fittings which includes but not limited to bathroom sewage pipes, shower, tub, install exhaust fans controlled by tenants instead of management etc…

Everything was gorgeous, the beds were comfy and the room was clean. AC and enternet were on point. The apartment was spacious, had great facilities and utilities, over all great service and experience. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great.

location but not entrance to the location as sometimes you will be stuck cuz of extreme traffic staff wifi

no sound proof windows, you could literally hear everything outside paid for buffet but i wish I didn’t as food was not as it should in any 5 star hotel.

electric outlets are outdated and adapters provided are not meeting the min electrical standards and thus constitute a very hazardous situation and might be an ignition source. this is in addition to the fact that they most likely do not work. We had to charge our mobiles in our car 😔😔😔

Everything is good and in particular the health care places however need to allow equal time for family members; kids and ladies

There is need for much bigger loopy, another restaurant and also breakfast must be offered free for all families reservations two tickets per room. This is good reputation for the this executive apartments. It deserves it.

Everything was superb, from check-in to check-out, no issue at all. The staffs, from the security guards, the receptionist, to room service workers, were all super friendly. The apartment were spacious with excellent view of the city. The kitchen were well equipped. It would be very convenient and comfortable especially if you're a traveler with family or for a long-stay. Don't worry about plugs as many other reviews had mentioned. Just phone the room service for adapters, they'll send you a couple of them, no issues at all.

The water kettle in our unit was dirty and smelled like qahwa, and not properly cleaned after that. The sofa was also stained. The towels also look very worn-out, it's probably time to replace them with new ones. The traffic only gets bad during peak hours, which is understandable in Riyadh, and there's a whole medical city right across the highway so be prepared for ambulance sirens every now and then.

The Marriott Apartments was excellent in every way! The staff were VERY friendly and Helpful especially Mr Raeed رائد at the reception desk. We met him on our first day and he was pleasant, helpful and made us feel at ease. The breakfast staff are great and smiling all the time! Plenty of parking spaces for your car. Great Hotel and Great staff.

Having an apartment on the highway meant hearing the ambulance siren during the night.

I book apartments 155m2 it was really nice and comfortable. it is old hotel but steel nice to stay.

the furniture is old and the hotel as well is old. I don’t like the shower dish. no facility for kids at allll. my kids was really pouring!
