Modern hotel located near Riyadh central area. Room interior design is modern type. Breakfast was good (Cost 110 SAR per person)

- Swimming pool timing for mens is not fair as its only allowed from 6 am until 10:30 am after that women’s are only allowed to use the pool. This schedule should be changed allowing mens to use pool at noon times from 11:00 am until 3:00 pm. - Sometimes when i call reception or room service no answer when i asked them why no answer they said phone system sometimes not working. -Room rates are expensive for this hotel category.

New and spacious rooms, not luxurious but modern colorful design, comfortable bed, well-equipped room. Bathroom is large and good. City view on both sides of the building. Staff was amazingly quick, practical and friendly. Hotel has a free parking in the basement. Location was convenient. Wifi was fast enough. As a solo and female traveler, I did not have any difficulties at all. I did not have breakfast, so cannot comment on that. And I didn’t have time to try the splash pool, so no comments on that.

Sound insulation was weak and I could hear every sound coming from next room.

Quality of the Hotel and the Service is very good, also the friendliness of the Staff. The Staff of the Restaurant (The Dish) are courteous and friendly. Food quality and the size of the portions(!) are beyond expectaion.

Unfortunately, the AC in the room wasn't good. There was only just two modes; either on or off. Regradless what setting I tried (temperature, fan speed etc.) the AC seems not adopting it.

The overall vibe and decoration theme of the hotel. Sizable and well maintained basement parking space.

The lighting was too dim inside the room especially since it's a darker color (blue). Also, the room's view was overlooking the roof of another building. Lastly, the hot water in the bathroom was intermittent, it keeps shifting from hot to cold.

The room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately my trip meant I was only using the room for less than eight hours. But left rested ready for my business meeting. The room was quiet despite overlooking the road. The window blinds were very effective blocking out the sunrise. The bathroom was adequate for one; but may be a little small if two were trying to get ready simultaneously. Didn't have breakfast so cannot comment about the food here.

We like the design of the room and the hallway(minecraft). Food is also good.

We booked thursday night(start of the weekend) but the pool was under mentainance which is disapointing since that was the reason why we booked the night, to swim with my son. However it was open the next day, and we enjoyed during the hot sun 😅

Clean hotel, comfortable bed, bath amenities good, one restaurant on premise but food is great and the staff are very friendly and welcoming.

room service never ever answer any calls, making them answer your call is a process that takes 15-20 minutes, and sometimes goes unanswered

I've stayed there for 3 months during a business trip, aloft is my second home & it's staff are like my family, they made my life much easier & they took good care of my real family whenever they visit. All receptionists are representative for the meaning of professional , helpful & friendly young Saudi men , special thanks to Mohammed, Abdulraheem, Ali & not to forget Bahaa from dish restaurant Location is perfect, it's a clean & modern hotel, well maintained. I visited it again , many more yet to come.

The staff, the vibe, the bedroom layout. All of it was amazing. The hotel is 10/10

Not a big issue, but the hotel had very limited food selection. Also, the change from breakfast to lunch took 1 hour, maybe it was because they were short staffed during Eid.
