When I checked in, there was a very nice receptionist there, I did not get his name unfortunately, but he was polite, courteous, spoke with very comfortable voice volume, very calm...and he gave me an upgrade without even asking for it..Hotel is nice, its very safe location, many goverment facilities are there.. Breakfast was buffet style with a lot of variety. Breakfast was very good, with a lot of variety.

I did not like screaming vallet guy, he was just rude to the taxi driver who drove me back to hotel, he was screaming at the taxi driver because there was a well off person parking his car there, and ofcourse he wanted to impress him for all the wrong reasons( well off person was polite thou, he did not need all that sucking up to him). Internet was not too good, impossible to make whatsapp calls or video calls ( maybe due to vicinity of ministry of defense),but I did not mind that much

The rooms are clean and always well organized and the hotel staff is always happy to help and give everything you ask for. I got free upgrade and very late checkout because I had a health issue on the day of checkout, and they were truly kind to let me stay in the room without any extra charge.... This was a noble humanitarian stance, and they deserve all my thanks and respect.

Location is is in old Riyadh area, but area is clean and strategic if you have kids with you, this hotel has it all from cleanliness up to comfortable and money value. I liked that they have offered me cancel at any time. Staff at reception (Salah) is an amazing and cooperative person.

Parking under the hotel has no elevator to the reception. We had to walk to stairs

We had an excellent and wonderful stay, thank you to all the staff for their kindess especially to Mr. Hassan in the front desk, thank you for your kindness and empathy, when he found out that my flight was cancelled, he did not hesitate to help me. I got a room upgrade and late check out. This was my first experience that there was no issues with a very late check out. This hotel looks elegant and amazing. My room is big, tidy and clean. I enjoyed my big bathroom/bath tub and cozy sauna. Facilities are excellent. Definitely, worth staying and I recommend this place to stay in Riyadh. Also, this place deserves more credit. Yes , the food is good and the level of the hotel is very good , and the service also very good , its stander level of 5 star hotel , at all its nice

they didn't follow the gust when arrive outside , no body ready for welcome the gust at the main door , the staff wait until the gust come in and asking for helping , that not good normally have some body wait behind the door for welcoming gust and helping in his bags

Very old, need to be refurbished the facilities lobby, walkway, Room, Bathroom etc

Room wasn’t actually soundproof. There’s a bit of sound insulation but no fully proofed.

“Ali” the receptionist is REALLY RUDE! I called to ask about the location and he said (I have costumers) and hang the phone up without saying anything else and that was really bad. instead “Mohammed” the guy in the lobby was super helpful and professional 👍🏼

the peaceful environment and the calmness. the staff was amazing and respectful and professional and what i liked the most was when they prepared my car without telling them and wait more to get the car it was ready when I finished checking out.

the old furniture and design. the fridge in the room was empty and wasn't working. the bathroom was very hard to use. overall all it wasn't really that bad but i would come back again and maybe i got unlucky but the room until next time we will see

The Buffet food was excellent. The Room was clean and comfortable. Facilities were clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Upgraded at Check-in.

Pool and Sunbathing Area was dilapidated. No cushions for deck chairs. Pool was cloudy with little chlorine. Wooden Decking was rotted with nails poking out. Lots of mosquitos. Birds using pool as watering hole. Appears pool area does not see much use.
