I had been staying at Hilton garden inn almost a month & it was my memorable experience. The cleaning of the hotel was amazing, hospitality was amazing all staff were very polite nice helpful specially thanks to johar at reception lady who always smile, even I could feel her smile which come from her hospitality & specially thanks to Manager Faisal who also helped me to solved my problems. Will be back guys inshallah soon.

Reception team

The property was very nice and the staff there as well. Upon check-in the gentleman upgraded me to a larger room and it was a great one too. All facilities were accessible

The first day the room wasn't cleaned, had to inform the reception upon my return at 9pm to clean the room. Breakfast was not too good the first 2 days but the third day it was much better and very extensive too.

The hotel was pretty clean, the room was big (I was given an upgrade). The bed was very comfortable and the room had a lot of space with a small couch, a chair, and a work table. The hotel is located in one of the central areas in Riyadh and has good accessibility to most of the important places in the city.

My room door was not closing itself, every time I had to close it myself and had to double-check before sleeping.

Hotel is well situated in downtown Riyadh and handy for most things including the train station.

Management were great and helpful but I think it's a bit of a "lost in translation" moment with a few of the staff. Be patient and all will be well.

Good breakfast for working people who are here for few days. You should have more choices for breakfast though.

Cannot think of anything. Do not want to compare it with any other hotel, since i picked up for what i wanted for my travel and i was content with everything.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We did wait for a bit as there were many other guests who came before us, and there was only one staff at the counter.

That the stff was alone with so many incoming guests whinwere supposed to be on quarantine. Being exposed to such guests made us all a bit anxious.

The breakfast was great (room for improvement - just to add sausage and bacon then its perfect) and the place located in the heart of Riyadh.

no swimming pool

Breakfast was good, clean rooms, Full king size beds were available. Cooling on the suite was very good.

If we are booking a suite for 4 members, I think they should be more toiletries. If Hotel parking is full, you may face problem on the road side.

Shahbuddin was excellent kitchen manager. He took special care and gave good service, attention. He made our stay special.
