Despite the fact that Booking.com missed up with my booking, as the front desk didn't find my reservation and the hotel was sold out, but the front desk Manager Adel AlMutawa'a went above and beyond to find an alternative option to stay in lower room option and upgraded the room for the following two nights. He was really exceptional as we're a family of six and everything was prepaid, and we were expecting the room is ready at nighttime when we checked in. Really love the villa for family, the staff are wonderful at the front desk and breakfast area. My kids loved the facility and for sure it will be my first choice when i visited Riyadh with my family.

Nothing major, the location is on the main Thumama road and you need to be extra careful when you pullover to valley parking or going to the basement.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in a suite at the Radisson Blue Hotel on Al Thumamah Road in Riyadh, and I can't recommend it enough. Staff: From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and attentive service. The team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. Their professionalism and genuine care are commendable. Facilities: The hotel boasts top-notch facilities that catered to all my needs. Whether it was the state-of-the-art gym, everything exceeded my expectations. Cleanliness: Immaculate would be an understatement. Every corner of the hotel, from the lobby to the rooms, shone with cleanliness and care. Comfort: My suite was a sanctuary of comfort. The bedding was luxurious, and the ambiance made it feel like a home away from home. Value for Money: Given the exceptional service and facilities, I felt the pricing was justified. It's an excellent value for the quality of the stay. Location: The location on Al Thumamah Road is strategic, offering easy access to key attractions and businesses in Riyadh. In addition to all these fantastic features, the food was divine, and the views from my room were spectacular. It's not just a hotel; it's an experience. A big thank you to the Radisson Blue team in Riyadh for making my stay an unforgettable one!

It's truly challenging to pinpoint anything I didn't like; my overall experience at Radisson Blue Riyadh was exceptional and thoroughly enjoyable.

The room

My check out experience was horrible. They didn’t offer any late check out knowing that I’m a honeymooner. Also, the receptionist kept me waiting for too long when I asked for luggage help during my check out. And lied that she sent someone to help me but no one showed up. I asked the bell boy if he came to my room, but he confirmed that no one asked him to do so.

the booking description of the hotel room bathroom facilities was inaccurate. 1 of my reasons for booking the room was specifically for its inclusion of a bathtub 🛁 and to my disappointment, there was no bathtub in the room I had booked my stay in and there was only a shower. I was told the bathtubs were only available in suites and that even though I had booked my stay in advance, because the hotel was fully booked, there was no way to change my room for one with a bathtub. Needless to say this inaccuracy in Booking.com 's misleading description of the bathroom facilities of the room I had booked caused all of this confusion and disappointment. There should be more attention to such details on this booking application. Thanks

Location, close by restaurants, room size, soundproofing, and nice public jacuzzi and kids playground.

Broken elevator, the breakfast wasn't good, and it was very close from the business center and conference rooms, so it gives you feeling like you are on a business trip, the views of the bridge suite doesn't worth the price, and it has no balcony while the lower grade rooms has balcony.

The complimentary water is not complimentary. Given the daily rate, you receive two 300ml complimentary water bottels, each bottle is literally worth in Cents 0.175 and the room service manager or whatever the title is answers by saying that this is what they do at the hotel. I've been to more than 400 hotels throughout the last 7 years only, faced no incidents such as this case. I ended up buying my own water stock. The network connection is also a major issue.

The hotel is super quiet and clean. All the amenities are amazing, the cleaning service is on point. Very good service overall and nice rooms

The hotel is in front of a highway and there's no way to cross the road without taking a taxi for a 15 min ride. Only because of that, it's over priced because you can't go anywhere without a taxi. I was welling to pay more to be able to walk to thr Riyadh convention center.. it wasn't worth it.

Nice new and modern hotel. Very friendly staff. Nice room and comfortable bed. Modern bath with rain shower. Very good breakfast in nice top floor dining area. Nice walking area on the backside of the hotel. Very good Lebanese / international cuisine outdoor restaurant connected to the hotel.

For GCC standards it was a bit expensive (compared to Dubai in particular). The front side of the hotel is on a 6 lane highway. You can't hear it inside, but it is not a nice location in the front. This is compensated though by the nice area in the back.

Bridge room is spacious + Bridge lounge after 12 midnight atmosphere + valet parking heros working with a smile + serving cookies 🍪 and sparkling water

Very busy hotel and sometimes you can't extend your stay due to another guest booked your current room. Need arrangement. Not comfortable Pillow

The facilities, the room and the service was very good

The hotel sits at an odd juncture where an Uber driver has to nearly cross perpendicular to make a U-turn because Google maps says so. They still do it even if it is a death trap. It will probably be someone's I'll fate.
