Customer service was exceptional. Excellent staff! Very welcoming and friendly staff. Fast chick-in & out, quick service. Rooms are clean. Special thanks for Mr. Ehab Nabil, the director of guest experience for his super welcoming service. Also for Room attendant Mr.Amry, the room was very clean & super organised! It was a pleasant stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Riyadh.

Great hotel, really pleasant and clean rooms, delicious food and excellent location, but the thing that makes this such a amazing place to stay is the Butler services provided by the Butler Manager Mr. Hany Ismail, he is incredibly helpful and very professional, he is extremely efficient and always available day and night goes above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable, I’ve recommended Fairmont to all my family and friends who are frequently visiting Riyadh, and they will definitely surprise by the Royal services provided by Mr. Hany and his team. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Riyadh.

nothing, everything were beyond my expectations

The breakfast was very good. The front office manager, Mr Mutaz was very considerate and attentive. We had to wait a few hours to get some of the rooms and for our patience he upgraded us. The location was quite good and allowed us to avoid travel easily to our meetings

The staff at the reception was a bit slow for the check in and check out. They seem to struggle with the system and requests.

it was excellent, clean, friendly staff and overall a great stay. I did however have a disappointing experience I asked the reception staff to extend my stay for 1 night ( paid of course). and they claimed to be fully booked. Mr Ehab from management stepped in and helped me a lot actually, in addition to extending my stay he sent me dessert on the house and gave a super late check out time. many thanks to you!! you are the best.

Check in and check out process was EXTREMELY fast! Bottled drinking water was generously available in the room Soundproofing the suite was outstanding, it was very quiet The suite was very clean and flawless furniture Room service was tasty and fresh

The blue fluorescent light in the lobby and corridors The pillows were uncomfortable The blackout curtain didn't block the sunlight properly

Customer service was exceptional. Room was lovely size, well equipped and nicely designed. Entrance and design of hotel overall was lovely.

No info on hotel in room or description of facilities or how to access them - thankfully the staff were so helpful the hotel can get away with it. Also seemed to get auto email responses which didn't answer specific questions about transfers and early check-in in advance.

The stuff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful! The front desk “Fai” was amazing! she made the check in very smooth and friendly. She was able to answer all our questions and even provided us with her phone to call our airlines. The concierge “Mohammed and Mustafa” were very helpful and went out of their way to help and support us.

everything was superb, the only issue was through booking they couldn’t find my reservation so the checkin took longer than expected and same thing thing happened during my check out as they triple checked my payment which took time. The floor manager compensated us by giving us 50 discount on the Italian restaurant and it was very delicious with intimate vibes

everything was great, the room was clean, food is excellent and the 365 restaurant is international based! staff were welcoming in restaurant and reception.

the smell of the room was like painting but I asked them to change it and they did 👍🏻 number of receptionist is very little, you should increase it to avoid long waiting time to serve customer.
