The staff who work at this hotel are exceptionally wonderful, friendly, kind and polite. What a phenomenal great group of people ❤️! The room was clean with clean bedding and towels and smelled clean. The bed was comfy with comfy pillows. The air worked great to keep the room at a comfortable temp. Hot water for shower! Great dark out curtains. Hot coffee and hot water for tea around the clock. Nice continental breakfast with more choices then typical hotels with standard continental breakfast. The property outside was clean and had multiple choices of restaurants nearby by! 2 movie theaters close by. The Ontario Mills Mall is across the way, walking distance. Free parking on site and far more safer location looking then other hotels I have stayed with $30-$60 parking fees. Nice selection of stocked snacks and drinks at front desk for purchase. There were other amenities at this site which were available but I did not check them out!

It was good. Breakfast was ok. I wish they made oatmeal instead of oatmeal instant packages. I thought it was pricey overall. Small items not included due to trying to be planet friendly. But it was a good ok.

Poor lighting in the room. Breakfast was the same every day. There is no room cleaning unless you make a 24-hour appointment. We kept having to ask for coffee for our room. We even had to ask for trash bags since they didn't clean our room because we didn't make an appointment. They really need more than 1 elevator for such a big hotel. And it was so slow!

great location - near outlet mall and highway junctions - but not noisy; spacious rooms; but the best: the breakfast! We have never seen such a good and changing choice for a "free breakfast"! Thanks!

we know, that it was advertised at the reception: no cleaning in the rooms - except when asked for it; but 5 days without cleaning in the room is a long periode (we would have appreciated at least emptying the waste basket; asked once for it - never happend ) - but that is really just a small "-", as we really enjoyed the stay!!!

This facility is conveniently located next to Ontario Mills mall and is in walking distance to shops, restaurants etc. They were able to accommodate us last minute on New Year’s Eve. The staff was incredibly pleasant and the room was clean and well priced. We didn’t have to drive anywhere as we were able to walk to dinner and shops. Would definitely stay at this location again. Highly recommend.

This was my first time staying at the Best Western as I usually stay at the Azure however I was very happy staying at the Best Western as the place was very clean, quiet and the staff was very friendly and helpful!! It was well worth what I paid as there are a TON of choices in Ontario. I would stay there again if the price was right!

Pros: very clean (and I am picky), very comfortable, as quiet as a hotel near an airport can be and fresh water always available in the lobby. Fitness center was clean. Breakfast was well maintained, hot, and plentiful. Waffles are really good!

Nothing about my room or the reception area! The machines in the gym were so-so, and the trash outside got a bit smelly one day. But that wasn't really the hotel's fault as much as the waste management company's.

Great place to stay near shopping, easy freeway access, and lots of choices for finding a place to eat. Bed was decently comfortable. Great staff at check in.

The bathroom faucet was very slow to drain. For a large hotel I could still hear stomping upstairs. Breakfast got crowded and probably because the food was good but I never could try because it would be gone.

perfect room for a work visit large enough also for some exercise, perfect microwave, fridge, coffeemaker. awesome. great location next to a mall to airout after work.... I love visiting the US

I find the place conveniently located and secure. The main entrance needs the access key to get in. The Staff that checked us in was very becoming and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The continental breakfast was awesome. We were able to make our own Belgian Waffles.

There were just 2 minute things for me to point out. First, there was only one ply of facial tissue left in the box. Second, the window drapery(curtain) was a light material and no option for blackout covering. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay.

Clean… coffee always available… wonderful breakfast….housekeepers very sweet… brought extra towels….staff very friendly and explained my bill well!! Thank you for a wonderful nights rest while traveling!

You had to ring a doorbell to come inside to check in… another guest let us in…I’m pretty sure it is for security?
