The room was clean and beds comfortable. I really appreciate the fact that when I called the office to complain about noisey neighbors at 3:00 am, they took care of it right away. Our room was cleaned each day and all towels refreshed.

The room needed another chair, there was just a desk chair. It was my sister and me so one of us had to sit on the bed. Having one chair became a little tricky when we ordered take out food. The bathroom could really use another shelf, there is absolutely no space in which to place traditional bathroom items one travels with. The airconditioner clicked on and off all night waking me up. There wasn't a setting for it to stay on at all times.

The staff were very nice and accomodating for my very late unexpected arrival. The room was clean and was nice to have a fridge and microwave. Very convenient to Miami University. Good value for the price I paid at the time.

The water in the shower didn't stay hot for too long. I had enough hot water for my shower but if someone was going after me, I think there may have been a problem. The toilet was wobbly as one of the bolts wasn't secure to the floor. More counter space in the bathroom would have been nice.

Location is close to Miami University, there are Walmart and fast food joints nearby if you need to grab something quick during your travel. The beds were clean and comfortable. The lady at the front desk was friendly. The check-in process was a breeze given I checked in at 11:30 PM. Parking was easy. I was able to park right in front of my room. There’s a sign that prints “Under new management” which i am guessing it’s a good thing? It was my first time staying there and had no experience with the previous owner. Hardwood vinyl planks on the bedroom floor- a lot better than the typical hotel icky carpet. It’s an older hotel, dont expect perfection. I didn’t get to use the wifi, no comment there.

Hotels can be improved by providing more soap and hair conditioner for guests. There was only one soap bar, shampoo, and lotions provided. The room I stayed in had a longish bathroom shape, the sink on one corner, and the bathtub on the other end of the bathroom. Since only one bar soap provided; I had to move the one bar soap from bathtub to sink in between my stay. I was traveling alone, so i managed this inconvenience. It would have been tricky if more people were with me (i had a 2 double bedroom). The sink can use a hand towel holder. The bathroom can use better cleaning.

This little motel was very clean and a great place to stay for a night on my road trip. The people at the front desk were very nice as well. Most of all it is a great value for the money.

The only thing was that the coffee machine was missing a piece so I couldn't make coffee first thing in the morning, but that was fine because there is a nice coffee shop just down the road. I'm 100% certain they would have fixed it had I asked, I just didn't care to bother with it.

The room was recently updated and very nice...not perfect but very nice. The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied.

We were in a corner room and the WIFI was all but non existent. You had to stand by a window or go outside to get service. Again, staff did everything possible to help and assured us that they were working on the problem. Still a bummer. Also the water pressure in the shower was very low.

We enjoyed our stay at the Oxford Inn. We would definitely come back! The new owners are renovating everything. We stayed in a newly renovated room. It was clean, comfortable, and close to town which was great and just what we wanted! I am so glad we could support this small family business. The owners were friendly, and kind and want you to have a great stay!

There was nothing we didn't like.

Room was very clean, had everything we needed to crash for one night. Nothing fancy but can tell they have upgraded the rooms. The woman at reception was so nice and friendly. Corner room had a unique layout and we loved it. Short drive from campus.

AC was very loud.

The owners were friendly and helpful. The place was clean and quiet. The room was small and other than free parking there were no outside amenities. But, we certainly got our money’s worth.

There was a bit of an odor, cigarette smoke (?), when we first got in the room. This quickly dissipated.

The owners were really sweet people. Don’t get me wrong, this I was not a fancy, upscale stay. I’m a performing musician, I appreciate the value and cleanliness. It was apparent that the owners want to offer a good accommodation for a good value

The bed was extremely comfortable!! We slept very well! You can tell the new management are making lots of improvements! We will absolutely stay here again!!

The soaps didn’t smell very good (not a big deal, but just something we noticed).
