Paradise was awesome. She checked us into our room and met us with a sweet smile and made sure our stay was terrific. Breakfast was excellent. The cook personally came to talk to us and ensure everything was ok. He was very welcoming and caring. Every staff member we met went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had any questions answered. It is also a perfect location for a view of the river and delicious restaurants across the street. I would recommend it and would stay again.

Third time here, stay every year fort a charity golf outing. Love everything about this place. Staff is awesome. Location is great, across the street is The Casual Pint, awesome place Anne Marie the owner is the best. Pour House and Chick'n Cone also great and across the street. There are free concerts in park right next door during summer. Free parking a huge plus. Love this place will be back next August.

I liked the location of this hotel, many restaurants around and a brewery all in the same block. The hotel was super clean and staff was above and beyond friendly.

Only negative thing was the coffee in the room didn’t taste good, so we went downstairs to get coffee

Did not eat breakfast due to menu and prices. Did have drinks at the bar in the evening and very good.

Breakfast not included. When we realized do not disturb sign left on door, housekeeper across hall. Explained we needed some fresh towels and brought them but didn't pick up dirty ones and told me to bring them out and put them in the bucket which I did.

Very conveniently located to a variety of restaurants and shops! Plenty of parking that was easily accessible. Overall very clean and comfortable. An excellent value for the price!

4th year we have stayed here for a golf outing nearby. Will stay every year we come out for event. Staff, facilities and location are perfect for us.

Stayed here for a college graduation and unfortunately all hotels in the area raise the prices and it makes the stay at a nice, clean, average hotel the cost I should be paying to stay at a 5 star Ritz-Carlton. For the price, at least breakfast should be included and it is not.

Great location to other bar & restaraunts. Staff were helpful and informative. Debbie (bartender) Plaza Grill was awesome. Food was good and drinks met our approval.

We didn't have any Dislikes. The reason we stayed was due to our power being out several days from recent storms.

The employees at the desk were courteous and professional. The morning desk attendant on 22 June 2021 was an exceptional person. She was extremely well spoken and helpful in providing directions from the hotel. The bed was comfortable. The room was spacious with good access to cable/internet. The shower was very well maintained with shampoo, conditioner, body wash provided which was very much appreciated.

The onsite restaurant was closed due to COVID issues which is completely understandable. The desk attendant was very helpful in recommending an alternate location to eat dinner outside the property. The property was conveniently located to several restaurants within walking distance.

Was very good and plentiful. However, the hours were short. Quit serving at 9:30 am
