Although initially it seems you are in the wrong place (the hotel is in the middle of a massive Red Cross compound, thus the name DRK), people in reception were super friendly. The location is a bit outside the city center, but manageable to walk if you’re used to it (roughly 2km). But for us, the nicest surprise was when we got to our rooms and found out they had prepared everything for our two dogs that were staying with us. Bowls, mats, blankets and snacks! Honestly so carefully thought, to even have a tag to hold to the door in case the dogs are staying inside while you are away for something. Would recommend the place for anyone, but if you’re traveling with your pet, this is definitely a great place to be.

Comfortable beds, very clean and good shower in the bathroom. An easy walk (if you don’t mind walking) in to the Old Town and a walk around the town’s ‘Promenade’. We walked back via the lake which was lovely. Had a couple of (reasonably priced) beers in Henry’s Bar, part of the complex. Breakfast was basic but plentiful. This hotel is part of the DRK - German Red Cross Conference Centre not a tourist place but absolutely fine and very good value for an overnight stay when visiting Münster. Great to get free, convenient parking too.

It was good value so nothing to grumble about.

Everything was clean and very comfortable. The young lady at the reception last night was very kind and helped me with all of my questions and even went out with me to show me the was to Edeka before it closes. She‘s great! In you read this, thanks again!!

It would be a Bonus in you could sell Toothpaste and a teeth brush in the Hotel for guests who have forgotten theirs at home . :)

Quiet hotel near the lake and a walk into the botanical gardens and town centre. Spacious room. Bistro great for a quiet, after restaurant drink. Breakfast as good as any. Free parking. Good value.

No tea or coffee in room, but that's true for most of Europe apart from the UK. Really, I'd recommend to anyone who has the capacity to walk a few miles.

For one night, I needed a small single room with breakfast that didn't break the bank, and this was more than I had hoped for. A very clean, quiet room with all amenities and an extensive breakfast buffet (standard German selection).

The location is close to the centre but without a bike it would have been a bit of a hike. Not a problem for me because i rented a bike at the train station and Münster is fantastic for bikes.

The hotel was located near by Red Cross Hospital, very quiet place, good room, big size, and very comfortable, breakfast was in the opposite building, but it's fine and not a problem. Special thanks to very kind and helpful people on the reception - I had to print our couple of pages and they helped me!

Very spacious room, very comfortable with excellent facilities, including a large bathroom. Plenty of working space and good wi-fi connection. Staff very helpful and friendly. Canteen with varied continental breakfast.

Hotel perhaps better suited to visiting scientists at the German Red Cross, in whose grounds it is based. Needs a taxi or own vehicle for access, but well worth the effort to get there. Nearest public transport is some distance, especially if one has luggage. Likewise, very few restaurants in easy walking distance.

Breakfast was exceptional. The room was very tight even though I had reserved a 'wheelchair accessible' room. It was impossible to get the wheelchair next to the bed, so my mother had to walk from the room door to the bed. Very difficult.

Ensure there is room for a wheelchair to move through the entire 'wheelchair accessible' suite.

Large spacious room with very comfy bed and pillow, great modern bathroom with super power shower, good parking outside and helpful staff. Breakfast was great in the morning but be aware its 0730 -0900 during the week and its a canteen style affair... which was perfectly fine for us. At 0815 it was busy and people queueing, happily we were there at 0800!

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room is a shame, at least a kettle and some mugs is the norm these days.

The location was great. It was located in corporate park bordering a residential area with a nice lake within walking distance.

It was difficult to find because of the location. The GPS took us almost to the correct spot, but there was no signage that directed us to the check-in location.
