Staff, the appearance and style of room, bed comfort. The bathroom mirror was amazing the room was great for the price and barely any noice! I would recommend over the Marriott hands down.

Refrigerator was very loud and the AC gave me serious allergies and congestion when I turned it on, so I had to sleep without it on. As soon as I fell asleep 2xs someone slammed their door next to me.

Clean and tidy room with no complaints and a good price. It was advertised as having a 24 hr shuttle so we booked it. When we arrived it was only starting at 0600! However they arranged a uber for us at no charge. Very helpful. Would stay again

Very nice comfortable bed, space was nice, bathroom was spacious, the flow of the room was exceptional, staff was friendly, would recommend this place to everyone

The front desk service was great. We had an issue with one of the rooms and the office handled it instantly, completely and to our full satisfaction. Very professionally run. Breakfast was fruit, waffles and cereal. No cooked bacon, eggs etc. but food offered was fresh and good way to start the day.

I been manager hospitality business for long time, this is the first motel I see so nicely maintained and clean. Everything was spotles. I love to stay there its so quite and good for family to stay 💙

The bed was very comfy! And the bathroom included a tub, which I appreciate. Many of the new hotels have those glass doors which I’m not fond of.

This is minor but I’d be nice if there were lamps/dimmers for night time. And when I did enter the room there were no towels. However that did not ruin my stay.

Had water bottles in room, this particular room this stay was clean. Fast, easy, check-in.

The TV was cracked but they did mention it before hand. Just get the TV fixed or offer a discount on rooms not meeting standards.

So happy to be able to have breakfast again in the Hotel . Everything was great . This is our 2nd time staying here when we come to town to visit Family .I would highly recommend staying here for a super Clean room and comfortable bed . I love the fact that the floors are not carpet . The room was so clean and smelled great . We will definitely be staying at the Scottish Inn again .

Nice, large ,clean room very friendly service. Wi-Fi worked great.. I was in one of the rooms that was upstairs slightly above the check-in so it was shielded from all road noise. I ended up having to do a Wi-Fi meeting with my doctor which stretched past checkout time and they were very accommodating.

A bit difficult to find the access.

It is a newer hotel and it felt very clean. Everything worked as it should. Room came with nice size tv, cable, microwave, and fridge. Two free water bottles were a nice touch.

Breakfast was subpar. There was some loud banging in the middle of the night that didn’t seem to be caused by a guest or anything out of control, but went on for a minute or two and woke me up.
