We stayed in the coop and couldn't have been happier. The location is perfect. This space had everything we needed and then some! Very nicely decorated, had a tiny kitchenette with all the essentials, a litte table neatly decorated for 2, corner jacuzzi tub with petals and candles with the wonderful ambiance of the fireplace next to it, bathroom with shower and separate room housing the toilet, tv/speakers, and an array of different lighting. What really blew this place out of the water was the most amazing breakfast delivered to your door in a basket each morning. This is truly a special touch that I've not experienced anywhere else. I highly recommend this stay!

We thought breakfast was excellent. Everything was prepared very good and came to our room hot. We had a couple requests and they were taken care of immediately. Our room was well maintained and absolutely stunning.

The only thing that could have been better is we are early risers and eat breakfast earlier than they serve it. We didn't ask if it was possible to get breakfast earlier so it was our problem not the B&B.

Gary did a fantastic job in greeting us, explaining the room and features as well as giving us local suggestions for dining. The breakfast that we received was absolutely beyond expectations. Great service! Great value! Will definitely stay again when we are in the area.

The only negative isn't really negative, I would recommend updating the pictures on the cottage that are used by Booking.com as they don't do the room justice, it is way better than it suggests.

This place is great for a Romantic getaway. We were here 20 years ago for our after we just got married. And revisited now. It was still great. The included breakfast is great. When you stay in one of the cabins the owner comes with a pick-nick basket full of hot food and explains about each dish. Awesome. Had a great time even though it was a rainy weekend.

The owner was so friendly, he met us when we arrived and gave us a tour complete with a list of local restaurants for dinner ideas and then he brought breakfast in the morning!! The room was even better than described, King sized bed, Fire place, and a spa bath that over looks a field of horses. The stay has been amazing.

Breakfast was delicious! We loved the fireplace and I thought the couch was the most comfortable I have ever sat on. Everything was VERY clean. The setting was beautiful and we would love to visit again in warmer weather to be able to use the deck outside. The location was perfect for getting to everywhere we wanted to go. Restaurants, groceries, gas and the highway were all less than 5 minutes away, but you wouldn't know it looking at the setting that surrounded the farm.

The curved driveway required some skill to back out of, especially in the dark.

Gary and Ann are the perfect hosts and ensured that everything was as described. The daily breakfasts were beyond amazing, Ann's cooking and the variety of foods were the center piece. They are both very engaging and made us feel very welcome. Will definitely be back in the future.

We liked the secluded location of this property. The cottage was exceptionally clean. The breakfasts were delicious! Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Took the air conditioning a little while to cool the cottage in the evenings.

Everything was wonderful . The cabin was super clean and very comfortable. The decor was very cozy and inviting. The hosts were friendly and informative. The breakfast was an amazing homemade meal with an omelet, hash browns ,ham ,pumpkin pancakes with warm syrup and an unbelievable warm grapefruit that was delicious. All this delivered right to our room in in a picnic basket with orange juice. I highly recommend staying at this destination and hope to return again for a longer stay. Every aspect was perfect and far exceeded all of my expectations. Thank you so much. I can't express my gratitude for your hospitality. After a long busy season it was the perfect getaway to rest and relax to recharge.

this was a wonderful place to stay. Peaceful, very roomy and clean, and the breakfast was delicious! Gary the host was great to talk with and we loved the beautiful property and animals. we cannot wait to go back!
