The breakfast was wonderful and there was a nice variety to choose from! It was a quiet and clean hotel. It was great to have a hot tub right by the pool. It was so nice to have good coffee, hot tea, hot chocolate, and ice water at all times in the lobby too.

My only complaints would be that there was a cutoff time for laundry, the pool/hot tub were only open until 9pm, and there was black stuff floating in the hot tub that we ended up cleaning out of there the best we could.

It was a great stay! Very clean, breakfast was very good. My kids had a blast at the pool, a little too cold for my taste, I only enjoy the jacuzzi. Would def recommend and stay again when visiting Hershey.

The clean ladies came to the room, they cleaned and take the trash out but did not make the beds?! Not sure if this is a hotel thing, it’s been years since our last stay, we always end up at Airbnb.

The breakfast was great. They had alot of options and the kids always love the waffle maker. The front desk was so helpful when we checked in. Our room had a funky smell when we first arrived, but they brought in a dehumidifier right away to fix the issue. The location was convenient to everywhere we needed to go that weekend.

The sofa bed mattress wasn't that great, I was pretty much sleeping on the bed frame. Also, the pool only goes to 4 ft., so the kids didn't want to go swimming (I have older ones, so may be good for little ones).

My son had a basketball tournament at Spooky Nook the day after our check in. We checked in after 11pm after a long drive. Check in was very swift which allowed us to get to bed quickly. Our room was superb and the beds comfortable. As we had to leave fairly early I ran down to grab a quick breakfast before we left and was pleasantly surprised at the variety of breakfast options. The location was perfect for us as the drive was only about 10 minutes. My only complaint was that since we checked in late and left pretty early the next day, we weren’t able to fully enjoy the entirety of the facilities. But I guess that’s on me. Thanks for a great “quick rest stop”. If we’re in the same situation again I’ll definitely book a room at this hotel

Great location close to Hershey. Property in great condition. Everything appeared to be new/newly renovated. Amazing selection at hot breakfast included with our stay.

Need more outdoor seating options - benches, chairs, etc for those who did not wish to sit on enclosed pool patio area. Need to better sound proof the rooms - we could hear hotel room doors opening and closing and people running up and down the hallway and stairs by our room all day and night.

This was a quiet hotel close to the town, 5 min drive. The room was clean, big, comfortable and quiet, despite facing the front of the hotel where all the cars parked. The reception staff was very nice and helpful and very professional.

just one little thing - the don't serve dinner on site. Not a big problem, but it would have been nice not to drive to town.

We didn’t just like the property, we loved it!!!! So we went as a family of 8 including 1 child OMG it was so welcoming and peaceful. From the moment we arrive till we left everything was perfect and very enjoyable even the other guest that were staying there it was really dope.

we didn’t like that they were a lot of bugs out side the main entrance especially lantern flys but that’s probably something they can’t control but it was a great stay anyway

I had to book a room because the KOA didn't have a place to stay that night. We stayed there after the hotel for 3 days. We were able to go to the hershey park and museum. But plan to come back when it isn't so hot.

The beds were very uncomfortable. My wife and I had a bad night's sleep due to the beds being too soft.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. I really liked the cheese omelet. The front desk employees were knowledgeable about the area. All the employees had a smile on their face whenever I interacted with them

The bathroom were adequate but small.

The hotel is very clean. I felt safe in the location of the hotel. The breakfast was great. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I didn't get to use the pool but it looked nice. Wish I had more time. I will definitely recommend this hotel to others traveling in this area.
