We couldn’t rate this property more highly. The staff went above and beyond with directions, pleasantries and smiles. The front desk staff were both outstanding. The room was clean, comfortable and the ac was fully controlled by us. The room has been newly decorated. The corridors and front desk have not but don’t be scared of that, they are like a well looked after living room. The fashion may have changed slightly but they are clean, smell nice and well looked after. Quaint! There were plenty of towels both in the room and by the pool. The pool is a hidden gem. The views around it are amazing, no looking onto car parks but instead a wide green space of football fields and agricultural fields. Perfect temperature, lots of room to sit around the outside and comfortable shade when required. There is a very useful guest laundry and at $3 a pop it’s also very affordable. There is 24 hour coffee/ hot water facilities at reception which was a lovely surprise. Ice and vending machines were conveniently available. Breakfast was very pleasant and there was a wide range of continental style food. We loved the addition of the sausage gravy for the biscuits. The man on duty at breakfast was excellent. The property feels safe and there are local amenities who will deliver food.

The entire hotel was clean and efficiently run. The 24 hour coffee bar had very good coffee and there was real half and half there during the day, which was appreciated. The pool and exercise room also looked pristine. The room was very clean and appeared recently remodeled... no smells, no carpet, bright bathroom with large vanity, spotless linens.

The breakfast was fine... such as bagels, previously frozen mixed fruit, cereals, hard boiled eggs. There were waffle irons if you wanted to make your own waffle but there was little room to comfortably do so, as the room itself and food prep area was small and congested with people (between 8 and 930 am).

Hotel was clean, the room was spacious, breakfast was good, and it was mostly quiet and peaceful.

One night of our stay, there was someone in the room above us. They stomped around the room making it difficult to sleep that night. Next time I'll request a room on the top floor. The pool was very dirty. I just wanted to get some sun so I didn't really have to get in the pool but it would have been nice to be able to if it were clean.

The rooms were very clean and nicely furnished, not overly large but quite adequate. The beds were fresh and comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and accomodating. The breakfast actually exceeded my expectations. Also, my one friend loved the coffee! As a group of friends we had a wonderful overnight trip and created many memories. One of which was sitting in the front porch rockers going over our day and enjoying the country side around us! Five star stay!

There was an issue with the toilet in our room and when my friend called she was told she could come to pick up a plunger, which she did and she took care of it. We were surprised that staff didn't handle something like that!

No complaints about the room or staff. Exceptional service

I didn't like the fact that they did not have breakfast available based on the number of people in the hotel. Staff was kind enough to give me a small breakfast bag. I feel as though I could have at least been able to get cereal or fruit. Otherwise, great stay.

Warm and friendly. Hotel was clean and room was clean. Fresh towels after our first night. View was awesome out our window which faced the front.

The breakfast could have had a little more protein options. The bathtub was like being on an ice skating rink. Thankful there was a bar inside the tub to hold onto when I almost fell. Think it was partly due to the water softener.

The room was clean. No carpet, which is always a plus in my book. The bathrooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. And it was a good price and close to the renaissance faire!

Limited options for breakfast. And the fact that right at 6am I guess you could start hearing the housekeeping carts (?) or something rolling around real early. That one was tough.

The facility is extremely clean which is top priority for me. It’s obvious they deep clean the rooms, not just surface clean like many other places. Staff are attentive. The desk clerk appeared at the desk each time she heard us come through the lobby, unlike other places I have stayed where no help can be found if there is an issue or question.

Perfect location. Super friendly staff. Bfast is above the basics! Bathrooms are huge, newly updated and a huge led light!! and the room was large as well.

Just me being picky, but floors are hardwood which i love but i didnt bring slippers so i felt like my feet were dirty. But the new floors are pretty! We only had 8 tv channels and they were basicly the same.

The facility was clean. The breakfast was ok. The parking was ok. The staff was very nice. The elevator was terrible. Only one in the building. The ice machine was terrible. Only one in the whole building and it ran out of ice. The room was nice.
