Fairfield Inn & Suites Lancaster

The room was spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and courteous. Always at the desk which was nice to see.

The breakfast could have been a little more diverse but was ok. The shower made a squealing noise when turned on and then was off and on. The sink had a knocking noise from behind the wall when turning the water on.

Location was perfect for the tourney at Spooky Nook. Staff at the Fairfield Inn were phenomenal. VERY, VERY accommodating, friendly, and responsive. Some of the best interactions I have ever had. Seriously. Definitely would come back for the next tournament. Found a nice pizzeria for carryout and delivery right down the street-- Caruso's.

The stay was lovely. No complaints.

We like it so much we stay here every time we do business in the Lancaster area. There staff is courteous and friendly. Glad to have the Continental Breakfast back, however, wish it was in full swing with some protein rich foods as opposed to mostly carbohydrates.

I will the Continental Breakfast would resume as it had been previously with offering guests protein rich foods such as bacon, sausage, and scrambled eggs, although I did enjoy an occasional waffle we would make ourselves on the waffle maker.

Very clean, quiet. Felt comfortable. Nice breakfast.

The pool area was outside our room and there were two doors to go in and out of the facility that were convenient for us, however they were not locked and it seemed a little unsafe to us.

The bed was extra compfy! We've stayed at a lot of places, and usually the comfort level of the beds are very lacking. Not here! Anytime we were in the common areas, there was always someone cleaning. All the employees were so friendly. We usually stay at the Hamptons or Hilton, but now we will stay here again!

Hot tub was broken!!! I specifically booked here because my wife has arthritis and she wanted to take advantage of the hot tub.

The breakfast was good but closing at 9:00 am is too early. 11:00 am would be good.

The staff in the breakfast area and in the room hallways weren’t that friendly.

The location was my first draw in June so it was an easy choice for my second visit. The rooms are spacious, clean and bright. The staff is very friendly.

The property doesn’t appear to be old,but the elevator looks very old probably of the constant (the only one) use. It is small and doesn’t give you much confidence riding in it. I mainly use the stairs, much quicker than waiting.

the breakfast was excellent. it was so nice to have real food instead of the “food in a bag” that other places still provide.

The size of the beds. Double beds are too small.

The property was well kept, clean, the hotel employees were very friendly, and the breakfast had a large variety and was awesome!

Breakfast was good, and they had plenty of options. Rooms were a nice size. Staff was nice considering the property was full.

I didn't like that there was only one elevator.
