The hotel is very near the airport, meeting all the common international standards. The room was very clean, big and comfortable.

I could not find an optimal way to the room myself and had twice to take stairs with luggage. The strong noise from the road was significant during all night. The conditioner was so noisy that I could not sleep with it and had to switch it off. There was no liquid soap in the shower, the holder was empty. The receptionist proposed to call me a taxi in the morning, even made a written note, but the next charge forgot about it, I had to do it myself. The manager of the hotel was so insisting that I put a note on the Booking page, using my personal mobile, that I had to block him.

Location is very close to the airport, although it takes a while for Ubers to get there as it is in the middle of nowhere. But easy to get reception to order a taxi. Be sure to agree the price before hand as the taxi drivers change their minds daily. Accommodation was comfortable with lots of little details like shampoo, conditioners, earbuds, cotton pads, etc.

My stay was during winter and it was quite cold, the room needed an extra blanket which was provided on request. Breakfast was terrible and ridiculously overpriced. We hadn’t opted for the breakfast included option, so when we sat down at breakfast the next morning and asked to do the buffet, no one informed us that breakfast was around 25 pounds per person. In addition, the selection was very average with the cold meats and cheeses and salads looking very sad.

Room was a good size, clean. Hotel is modern and quiet. Restaurant good value for money. Manager was helpful, the female receptionist not so much!

Breakfast was limited in options and not European/American friendly. I booked a taxi via the hotel to pick me up from the airport but it failed to appear. When I messaged the hotel they told me to jump in a taxi.. so I ended up wasting an hour at the airport. The manager apologised and paid for the taxi. Tray with leftover food left on the floor outside my room on my arrival.

Excellent location for Istanbul airport (IST), less than 15 minutes drive depending on traffic. Nice wooded location. Very nice restaurant with generous breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. We had a spacious room with terrace (worth paying extra for). Overall an ideal place for a stopover between flights. Bed large and comfortable. Nice bathroom.

Hotel seemed to be showing its age a bit, and room though spacious was minimally furnished, could easily have a better seating area with sofa or armchairs. Shower over bath, though very efficient and with a vg screen, would be difficult for some people, as bath very deep and so difficult to climb out of. Ideally a separate shower cubicle would be much better.

The room was wide and very comfortable. Bathroom facilities was perfect. Although we arrived late after midnight, we had no problem with the check in. The Staff was very helpful. In the morning we caught the Breakfast time at the last minute but the Staff in the excellent Breakfast saloon arranged everything to have an suberb breakfast although we were out of time. The environment is green including forest. This hotel is very suitable for the people who have to spend an overnight in a hotel which is close to İstanbul Airport due to late arrival or early bird departure. Also, if you are travelling with car, it has a lot of free parking space. Definitely recommand this hotel. It deserves its reasonable price

Nothing. The negative issue is that the hotel is in a small silent suburban area of the İstanbul so there is nothing much to do around the area. You will need a taxi call which hotel is arranging or your car.

the rooms, facilities, the fact that they allowed pets everywhere

we came with our dog, specially chose this hotel because we saw in the pictures and big green grass area of the hotel. we called and asked and they confirmed we could tale our dog there. The reality was, the moment we stepped the grass, there were many stray dogs barking and running towards us. The staff said we shouldnt go there because they could be dangerous. I want no harm at all for the dogs of course. But the hotel could cover its grass area to avoid this, as they announce themselves as pet frie dly but you actually are afraid to step out of the building.

Location was great, as I was on a one day business trip. Landed late and had to fly away during the night hours the next day, they also offered us rides everywhere we had to go. Also value for money is a clear 10.

Only a slight problem, the position of our room was great but somehow only in the room the had no WiFi connection, as soon as you step outside the Internet was good so not really a negative thing, as i am sure thag in a different room even that is good for sure

This is a nice small hotel within a driving distance from the airport (less than 10 minutes). I’m very grateful to the hotel stuff who really went out of the way to help me with my requests and transportation from/to the airport. I had a long layover and stayed at this hotel overnight. It was so quiet at this property and the bed was very comfortable. In addition to regular essentials like soap and shampoo they also provided dental care kit and a comb.

Th staff was absolutely wonderful; they went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable during my stay. A special thank you to front desk agent Manolya who was the kindest front desk agent I ever had to deal with: extremely kind and authentic. I would go back to this location just for the kindness of the staff! Excellent!!!!

It is a bit remote, but it feels like a retreat at the same time, which was nice!

It was the perfect spot to relax between flights. Although it isn't right next to the airport, hotel staff facilitated an excellent pick-up service with an exceptionally courteous and helpful driver. In addition, the hotel is situated in a more rural setting, green and quiet. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful throughout our stay. Room service was efficient and flexible. All in all, this is an excellent choice for travellers or conferences.
