The room was nice. The staff was a little confused because I booked the wrong Yotel stay and the lady at the counter didn't know to change my reservation to the appropriate Yotel. I had to make phone calls to figure it out. She was not informed of the process to accommodate the customer. Outside of that the stay met my expectation considering the price. When your traveling long and tired your time and efforts become valuable.

- no need to go anywhere, very convenient with kids, there are 2 inner playgrounds nearby - restaurant right next to the hotel - great for dinner (bad for breakfast) - quite - personnel is great, we left some staff over, the hotel team kept it for 3 weeks until we collected it

- breakfast is scarce, almost nothing to eat especially for small kids (everything is with sugar), not tasty

Very clean and modern room. Excellent location right at the airport ready for our next flights in the morning.

The bed was a little too firm after a 17 hour flight, but that is personal preference only.

The hotel is conveniently located inside the Istanbul Airport and it is a perfect option to stay overnight if you have early morning flight or delayed flight. Very friendly personnel and clear instructions. The room is perfect size, at least for me since I was travelling alone. The room has all facilities and international TV channels. It is clean and quiet.

It is more of a suggestion to provide the guests with drinking water in the bottles. Although it is said that the tap water is potable in the rooms I defeneitly prefer sealed water in the bottles as I had some bad experience in the past (in a different hotel) and don't want to risk. It would be a nice complementary gesture for the guests 😊

Clean rooms. Good size as well. Helpful staff and fast service. The room was nice and bright as well. There was good quality soap in the bathrooms. The tea and coffee was good as well.

No mini fridge unfortunately in the room. The bathrooms can't be locked thus privacy as a family was difficult. The hotel although written all over in signs wasn't easy to find. There are 2 Yotels and we went to the wrong one. If only the instruction said to pass through passport control and go out of arrivals hall and enter back in a floor up towards the departure side. Only then will you find Gate 7. It wasn't clear how to reach there as a tourist and first time as well. With family and little kids it was a long walk at midnight.

Good location, amazing breakfast

in room no microwave or even kettle, was very strange for me because in even cheap hotel have this. but Yotel is not cheap and a kettle would help a lot when you are with babies

Very clean, very traveler oriented, high-tech. My room had windows, but not all rooms have. That is part of the price difference and that is good to know, right? Landside hotel is cheaper than airside hotel but reaching one from outside and the other from the international zone is a comedy! In retrospect, Im laughing, but I was very upset after 17h of flight looking for my hotel for one hour. Customer service was very good, especially counting how frustrated I was searching for the hotel!

Location is unclear, marking to get there is very poor. At some point, signs disappear all together. Google maps is useless because this is inside the airport. It took us over one hour to find it. Coming from the international zone and checking at the landside hotel is honestly an adventure. Not by the passports check, the reviews indicating this had a pass check going into the international zone, not out of it. If you need to leave the international zone and sleep at the landside hotel, go to baggage claim, go through the nothing-to-declare exit, step out of the inner sliding doors where welcoming happens and only then look for Yotel signs. You will need to go one level up and then will be easy enough to find it.

We liked that it was right in the airport and close by to the International check in area.

It was insanely expensive for what amounted to only 6 hours of sleeping.
