Very clean, spacious, all amenities, close to Tanglewood. Stayed after checkout with day pass to enjoy pool and other facilities.

This Holiday Inn Club Vacations Oak n Spruce is in an excellent location for exploring the Berkshires for families. We traveled with our children and grandchildren (ages 6 and 4), and they loved the pools, theatre, mini golf and playground. The location is also minutes away from Tanglewood and many museums and gardens which is probably it's best feature. Our " one bedroom villa" was clean, comfortable and spacious with 2 bathrooms which was great for my husband and I, although we didn't spend much time inside. All in all, it's great for families.

The villa was clean and comfortable but could have used some updating. The coffee maker was showing age and the pillows were hard for our taste. Also, the bedroom air conditioner's fan wouldn't shut off so even when the room reached temperature, the fan kept running. We had to turn off the air conditioner at night in order to sleep. It happened to be cool at night when we were there, so it wasn't an issue. But it was annoying. These things were minor and in fairness, we didn't complain about them, so we have no idea if maintenance would have addressed them.

• We we just expecting a nice place to stay for 2 nights. What a surprise! Your apartment is situated if a small village of 200 units set at the edge of a woods. Each apartment has 700 sq ft of space with two independent bedrooms each with its own full bath, one of which is a spa unit! There is a full kitchen, dining space and a terrace for morning breakfast or afternoon refreshment . The apra The apartment units are situated around a recreation area with : minature golf , a full-size swimming pool with deck chairs, a basketball court, beach volley ball, a waterfall, and a kids' playground. On the grounds there is a nature trail and many barbeque spots. None of this is mentioned on the Booking.com site, so we got much more than we expected. It is really like a vacation resort village

The Suite was well laid out. The bedrooms had good separation. Great deck size and privacy. We appreciated overlooking the trees. The kitchen was a good size with everything we needed. Loved the games! Staff was great especially the staff at the Activities Center.

We noticed that smoking was allowed on the room decks. If someone had been smoking on the next deck, it would have been a problem for us as the smell travels even outside especially with a cigar. The bedrooms could benefit from a reading/relaxing chair. There are never enough hooks for wet towels no matter where I have stayed.

I loved that if you did not want to go anywhere you did not have to. There were plenty of things to do with the activities that you have there.

They need more dishes, bowls, glasses, silverwear etc so that you do not have to do dishes every day. It is a waste of water. Every two days would have been good. The two stairs going into the villa that I was in needs a hand rail for older adults

Super family friendly Berkshires resort, in a great location. It's easy to be self-sufficient here, but the staff is also available for guests. Suite was spacious and tidy and had everything we needed for a four-day stay. Kids loved the indoor pools and hot tubs. Movie theatre was an unexpected bonus!

Our suite, while clean, definitely smelled like the food that had been cooked by the previous guests. The staff offered air fresheners, but we don't love the chemical smells either.

We love staying at Oak N’Spruce! The villas are like home. There is a full kitchen, living room, and separate bedrooms. There is on-site laundry room which comes in handy if you are staying a while or you just need to wash that favorite shirt that got covered in ketchup from lunch lol! They have mini golf, the game room that gets better and bigger every time we come here. The arcade has prizes to WIN and games to play. You can go in a both and take funny pics. There are arts&crafts like making slime and wall decorations! If you are on a solo trip, with family or friends, or a trip for work there is something for everyone. For adults there is a restaurant/bar with a pool table in the resortI would suggest not to forget your camera. Those pictures are going to be more than pics they are more memories to add to your photo album. Depending on the season you come up to The Berkshires there are so many activities close by like hiking/biking with many fabulous trails on the mountains or a personal favorite, in a winter so we can go snowboarding, skiing and/or sledding. I highly recommend this Resort and we definitely will be back!!

Did not attend breakfast. Liked the grounds. The staff at reception area were very good and when asked gave us some good information on local places to get a meal.

Smoke alarm going off, but the service guy was very good. He was professional and friendly. If I owned the property I would hire him. He dealt with the problem and shared some helpful information about things to do while in the area.

Great location in the Berkshires for a getaway. This place looks pretty impressive overall. There are a lot of buildings and its slightly tucked away. We booked a 2 bedroom 1 king 1 queen villa. It was definitely spacious for the 2 of us and a baby. It has a full kitchen, dining table, 2 full bathrooms, living room, 2 bedrooms, and a nice semi private balcony/patio. We stayed in building 19, first floor, room 310 and there was a brook right behind the building so the view was nice back there on the patio. We requested to be put there because I read reviews that mentioned the brook and it was greatly appreciated so I hope this review comes in handy for others looking for something similar as well. I saw some balconies/patios that faced right to the pool and I wouldn't have liked that at all. It was so open and not private. The room is definitely painted/decorated very basic and could maybe use a little "sprucing" (get it 😆) up. But overall it wasn't terrible and the room was pretty clean. The beds were comfortable and we slept pretty well. We had a Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom, though I was expecting it to be in the bedroom like the pictures, so that was kind of a let down. It looked much nicer in the pictures. It was kind of small too. It was still a nice experience overall. The indoor pools were bigger than expected, but they do need to spruce up that area as well. Felt like we were in a school pool area. Kind of dark, drab, and outdated. They have vending machines and a little restaurant that has kind of a Chuckie Cheese type menu. A small movie theater that shows movies throughout the day was a nice touch, though we didn't use it. Plenty of scheduled daily activities too. The outdoor pool that I saw looked nice and so did the mini golf area. They had a playground, basketball court, and volleyball too. Beware of the timeshare pitch though!

I liked the pool, the rooms, the jacuzzi tub, and-at least at the time of year when I stayed-the price.

There should be dry rack in the kitchen for things that cannot go into the dishwasher. There should be larger towels. And a later check out, most places have 11 am, not 10 am.
