The location was ideal. The homemade breakfast was varied, creative and delicious. The bedding was luxurious. Every room and salon was decorated with exquisite attention to detail and harmony.

The arrival process / reception was somewhat problematic when arriving “late” (6:30p) and the property is no longer staffed. Eventually another guest opened the door and a staff member took us to the wrong room, although I raised doubt about the room name not matching my reservation. Sure enough, we discovered the next day from another guest that we were in the wrong room. Additionally, there should be an easier process for late arrivers to know where to go upon arrival.

Location is great, right in town with plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance, room was good size, very comfortable bed, the bedding was top quality and really liked the bath towels, very good breakfast, nice and friendly staff. I would stay here again if we return to Lenox

Only quibble was it took some time for the internet to load and the wireless doesn’t seem to remember you when you get back from being out (and without an internet connection, you really can’t get online as this is a dead zone)

We were kindly upgraded to a bigger room due to availability. The staff (big thank you to Donna!) were terrific in accommodating my vegan and my wife's vegetarian preferences and the meals were great. Very clean room, modern bathroom and excellent location in the center of Lenox and easy drives to attractions in the area.

No complaints at all.

From the moment you walk in you're greeted and treated with such warmth and kindness. Not to mention how gorgeous both the outside and inside of 33 Main are. It's also centrally located with a grocery store across the street and all the popular restaurants and shops located to the left and right. In my mind this is the gold standard and what every facility should aim to be. In short this was a home away from home. The only difference was I didn't have to lift a finger to cook or clean. The breakfast provided was exceptionally delicious, and the cheese plate with wine is a must have during happy hour. I highly recommend 33 Main for a relaxing get away. The only issue is eventually you'll have to check out.

There's nothing I can point to that was a dislike about 33 Main.

The breakfast was first class-fresh-on time -the Parmesan Crisp bowls for the eggs was a great touch-the pumpkin pancakes this morning were excellent-coffee excellent-great server & kitchen staff

Breakfast was excellent. Loved the French press coffee . The location of the inn is so convenient to the shops.

The air quality in the room was dry.

Bed was too low, not enough counter space in bathroom also we could control the temperature in the room and no alarm clock

Again, the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed, comfortable and pampered. The breakfasts were wonderful…make sure you get the croissants! The cocktail hour is a great way to relax before dinner. Location is perfect, cleanliness is superb, and THE STAFF IS FANTASTIC!

The breakfast was phenomenal! We loved the central location—so convenient to everything. We were having a festive girlfriends’ weekend away and we particularly loved the wine and cheese hour every night at 5 pm! Wonderful service and luxurious rooms. We loved it!

Staff was wonderful, so friendly and welcoming. The place is charming, the amenities are wonderful, and the location is fantastic.

I really have no complaints
