The hotel was significantly better than we expected. The staff were very helpful and gracious, particularly Laysa, who went above and beyond to answer questions. The room was a bit small, but great, dreamy comfortable beds. Generous and very clean, updated bathroom. Very good breakfast-- loved the egg white omelettes and cinnamon rolls. Lovely sitting area in the back and very good location

The room could have been larger and the building could have some updates. I also felt the price was a bit high, but granted it's the height of the season.

The rooms are clean and modern, with a fully functioning freezer in the mini fridge, a microwave, and a Keurig coffeemaker! Lots of room with a bench adjacent to the closet to set my bags down onto. A good sized desk. There is a gym and a pool, although I did not use them. Right across the street is Barrington Brewery so you can just walk across the street for dinner if you don't feel like driving. The one-button pancake maker on weekends is pretty cool.

During weekdays the breakfast is a bit skimpy. Options are limited to cheese omelet, some other kind of omelet, bacon and sausage. There was one type of bread and egg bagels with Jif peanut butter, jam and cream cheese. On weekends there is an automatic pancake maker and a few different cereals. I don't remember seeing the cereals during the week. There were also bananas on the weekend. They may have been there during the week, but I don't remember seeing them. The chair at the desk has a springy back to it so not much lower back support.

We only used the hotel as we were passing through having spent time in Stockbridge. The hotel was nice and clean and quiet. Although it was at the end of the retail area, it was still easy to get to and within easy distance of everything you would need. The staff were friendly and helpful

Room was very nice and clean. All was fine.

At first, we didn’t know how to turn down the air conditioner, it was cold. Then, the manager said it was on the wall. It used to be on the unit, so we didn’t even think of the wall. That was fine after we changed it from 67 to 73. Also, the bed could be a bit more comfortable and the pillows, if I’m honest, but they were still okay.

The hotel looks strangely run down on the outside so I thought it wouldn't be nice inside. The room was actually quite good sized, bathroom brightly lit, bed extremely comfortable. I was happy.

Overall it was nice. Hardly worth mentioning the lack of drinking cups in the bathroom because there were the disposable coffee cups. Indeed, the exterior needs work, but the value and location are great and the staff nice.

The breakfast went until 9:30 but there was nothing left by 9. I know it's limited choices for covid but fruit and yogurt would have low-contact good options.

I asked for a quiet room and got a rude email about "We can't guarantee anything you ask for" etc. So I was really regretting booking wkrh this property again. The man at checking saw my note without me asking about it and moved me to a quiet room on the top floor. This experience is the only reason I will likely stay here again- the email I received made me feel very unvalued as a guest but he took care of my request no problem, and again, without me even asking.

Location good for breakfast. Some of the thinks were not located where they should be. Butter by a pancake machine that didn't work. No eggs in little frig. I thinks once the covid crap is over with things will get better.

The RR guys walking around without masks and blocking the entrance way with one truck. The place looks great remodeled since we were there 3 yrs ago,. The elevator carpeting needs to be removed and new carpeting put in. It looks like the old stuff and one of the squares was loose and came off the flooring.

Breakfast was nice, staff great and facility was very clean.

Parking can be tough, had to park in the electric charging station area - all were vacant and the only spots left.

great location, so close to ski resort & restaurants. property was clean, staff was great & friendly. indoor heated pool which kids loved. hot tub wasn’t working, but that may have been due to Covid. They had coffee/tea/hot chocolate available for guests. they also had a little market with snacks/ice cream/microwaveable food & basic meds that was very convenient.

our room key didn’t work…each day we got a new one and when returning at the end of the day it did not work. We had to go back down to the desk and they gave us new ones…every night.
