The breakfast was great and suited every member of my family. The front desk person greeted us at 10 pm when the airlines failed us and got us settled in quickly. We slept well and had a nice warm bed on this frigid night. The shower was better than my vacation rental in Crested Butte. Perfect overnight within walking distance to the airport.

The breakfast area did get a little messy. I am guessing the orange was from concentrate and needed to be stirred or more water added. The common area was cold--it was a very cold day. Maybe the fire could be turned on?

The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable! There was AC in the room but I loved that the room had a ceiling fan - a brilliant way to keep it cool more economically. It was just like sleeping at home! I also loved that the vanity was outside the bathroom and had great counter space and a mirror big enough to share.

Breakfast was great but they had a hard time keeping up with having enough eggs, potatoes, and sausage ready for all the guests.

The staff is family owned and extremely helpful and friendly. The lobby has beautiful wooden tables and chairs with fabulous art work. The beds were comfortable, nice shower. Daily cleaning of rooms. Great location to town and great hiking.

The breakfast was limited. If you like more healthy choices the yogart and bananas were about it. They did have eggs, sausage, hash browns and make your own waffles.

Location - on the edge of town, off the highway far enough to not hear traffic, but allowed immediate highway access (without having to go through town) to continue our trip in the AM. The gentleman that checked us in was efficient and friendly (he was Polish, and spoke some Polish to us - we are of Polish decent).

The hot breakfast station was not maintained too well in the AM. Eggs and sausage stayed empty for up to 25 minutes before having some eggs / sausage provided (which immediately disappeared for another 25 minutes).

The staff were very friendly and made the check-in and check-out process seamless. The rooms were very clean with a comfortable mattress and the parking was adequate.

The breakfast area was small and at no fault of the hotel, there were about 10 children that were accessing the area and made it difficult for other guests to get food.

They have both regular and chocolate waffle mix at the continental breakfast! The property is owned and operated by a group of Polish immigrants/ancestors. They are very kind and fun to chat with. Thank you!

The location is more on the industrial side of town, southwest, about a half mile from shopping and restaurants.

I booked a king single bed (same price as double queens) and received a handicapped equipped room. I have had a couple at national chains and this was comparable. The bathroom was set up with full complement of grab bars, chair height commode and excellent lighting and ventilation. Light switches and fan were at 3 foot level as was a peephole in door ( plugged with wad of paper for privacy). This would serve as an excellent model for elder set up for aging in home. The bed was supportive and very comfortable. The entire room and common areas reflect a complete recent remodel, no wear in carpet or furniture Breakfast was hot potatoes, eggs and sausage with fruit and baked goods

Very minor issues: aerator in bathroom sink needs a new screen or cleaning, hot and cold supply is reversed(cold on left, hot on right) and there was limited counter space. This is due to accessibility for wheelchair clients. I mentioned all of these to staff and suggestion seemed well received. None of these are even close to a deal breaker for return visit

Check in was quick and easy, they even called/texted to make sure we were ok given that we were running late. Bed and pillows were great. Room was clean and had every thing you need for an overnight.

My only complaint would be that the room was too warm and the only way to cool it down would have been to open the windows...

Room was spacious and faced the back of the property so it was very quiet. The pool and hot tub were nice especially since I was the only one in it! Breakfast was good - standard hotel choices, eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, etc. I recommend this place.

Only regular coffee in the reception area. I drink decaf or half caf whenever I can. Not a big deal, though. There were decaf packets in the room.

Breakfast was not ideal, but manageable. Waffles are always great!! The pool and hot tub were both fantastic again!! The beds were comfortable, clean, and just right!! The staff (Vicki and Valerie) were just as great as they were back in June!! Met the manager (Theresa) and she.was really great too!! They all went above and beyond to make our trips highly enjoyable. Thanks y'all!!!

Breakfast needs vast improvement for the price!! Several area restaurants either are closed at strange times or not delivering per their online site schedule. Not the Hotels fault though!!
