The room is big and has also a quite big balcony. Very clean and neat, but I found the decoration a little bit old fashioned. It was irrelevant to the Italian architecture. The stuff is very nice and helpful. We could do our checkin before the real the checkin time. The breakfast is fine.

A bit further from the main Trulli area but it's not that much big of a deal because it's still a walking distance. The minibar didn't work properly. It may cause a problem especially if you're traveling in the summer. The bathroom should be separated by a real wall, from base to the ceiling. It can be heard every time you flush the toilet from the rest of the room.

The rooms were beautiful ! 2 of the rooms booked had a balcony, one had a sauna. All had a tv that could log into your own Netflix in which worked well for down time with the kids. Nice lounge area for drinks in evening that had games like Jenga and chess. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. They brought a kettle to my room so I could do baby bottles. Very clean. Nice breakfast. Got complimentary drinks before leaving and my son was given a toy as a gift which was lovely. Def recommend to stay for families as were so welcoming.

Only thing that would have made it better would have been a kettle, tea and coffee sachets in the room but was not end of world as could get things from bar to room.

Hotel was actually a surprise for us because the front looks ordinary...but lots of parking in front of the hotel...great staff and an excellent breakfast too. Room was very nice and clean. I wish we had time to stay a little longer!

The front was a bit deceiving really, but once inside you'll be pleasantly surprised!

hotel location is good, about 300m from the trulli museum. the hotel is recently renovated and nicely decorated. rooms are spacious, shower is comfortable, beddings are of good quality, and the breakfast is good. hotel staff is friendly and warm.

the refrigerator is a bit noisy.

Amazingly clean hotel with such helpful staff. We arrived really early and they allowed us to wait inside until our room was ready. Modern room with USB ports. A very short walk to Alberobello. Great price also. We would certainly stay here again if visiting the area. Can't say enough good things about this hotel. A definite 10.

Absolutely nothing, it was perfect.

Angelo and Gianfranca are exceptional hosts. They surprised us on arrival by offering us the use of their excellently located Trullo which made a great stay even more magical. They attended to our needs beautifully even getting up early to make us a coffee before an early morning day trip. Certo, pup farlo. They sure do live up to their promise.

Can't think of a negative. A very comfortable stay at a very reasonable price. Hosts and their hospitality were exceptional.

Beautifully decorated room and the staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly. Superb breakfast; plenty of choice. Free on road parking was a big plus.

The lift broke down on the morning we were leaving! 😊 But not a big problem as the staff were more than happy to help us bring our luggage downstairs.

The property is a very beautifully decorated one and is very comfortable for stay in this amazing town. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the whole hotel has a nice warmth about it. The location is also very good close to all the major attractions in the city.

Located within walking distance from Rione Monti (Trulli), in a quiet area. It is small, very beautifully furnished and most importantly clean. The continental breakfast is good. The reception/ breakfast area is very nice. Also nice staff. I would highly recommend.
