Large bathroom, everything was new and clean. Staff was prompt in restocking towels in the pool. Sad that the pancake machine was broken, but breakfast was still enjoyable. Staff was happy to let us check out at noon instead of 11am, AND it was communicated to the cleaning staff!!

Shower curtain was flimsy- didn't keep water in the tub.

Staff were excellent and very helpful in assisting with late checkout due to winter storm that had interstate closed for us to get home. Lovely decor The hallways to the rooms were extra wide to accommodate suitcases and bags which was very noticeable and made stay more pleasant.

Great property. Very convenient to Jordan Creek Mall and the many surrounding shops, restaurants, entertainment, etc. The person who checked us in was friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. 24/7 free coffee in the lobby hit the spot. Simple but good breakfast in the AM and ample seating. The cleaning staff were very professional and polite as well. If you have children, Smash Park is directly across the access road (very walkable) which sounded great for families. If you’re looking for groceries/beer/wine, there’s a Trader Joe’s 5 min away. We would most definitely stay again when we return to WDSM.

The breakfast could be improved upon. More low or no sugar options would have been great. Scrambled eggs instead of the cheesy omelets. I realize it can be hard please everyone.

Extremely clean. Excellent lighting in room. Great lighting in for applying makeup on bathroom. Furniture set up conducive to working. Very comfortable beds and pillows.

Breakfast room beautiful and clean but had to wait for food, as they were trying to prevent too much food from being prepped.

Nice location, quiet. We took a walk nearby with some lovely ponds. It was near several restaurants. very comfortable bed!

Easy check-in and check-out, hotel was clean and comfortable. Hotel staff was great and the breakfast was nice.

Wish the hotel pool was bigger. Feels like a check the box size but kids still enjoyed it. Helps that they were the only ones in it at the time though.

I was looking forward to a hot soak - my room had a shower only. I didn't notice there was only a pool when I had hoped for a hot tub.

We have been stayed at this hotel several times within last couple of years. The hotel location is convenient, good breakfast, new and clean and quiet, close to shopping center and restaurants. The most important is it has Installed several Tesla charges that is very important for us, especially after a long day driving. Hopefully more hotels around the country will install chargers and mention it on the commercial aids.

Should mention the Tesla chargers installed in the property and let everyone know it.
