the hotel is acceptable for the price and quality! The view from our window into the yard where the car was parked. The room is large, but of course everything inside is not new, but it was clean enough. The room had a fridge and coffee machine. The microwave was shared by everyone on the floor. The hotel has a pool and dining area. Breakfast is normal: pastries, fruits and tea and coffee. In general, very good!

an old air conditioner that makes a loud noise and constantly turns on and off to maintain the temperature in the room. If you sleep under a blanket, it is very hot when it is turned off, in a dream you open up from the blanket and as soon as it automatically turns on, it is already cold.

The price was great! The room was clean and had ample room and was great for the money paid. The check in was smooth and easy. The breakfast was great and we enjoyed our stay.

The stairs to get to your room were a little tasking with luggage and kids, but not too bad. The covers were really outdated, but clean. The room was HOT, we had to turn on AC when we got into room as it was not on and read at 28 degrees. We left for the night and came back at 1am and the room was still not truly cooled down. The A/C should be left on on days when it is 30+ degrees out and the room is scheduled to have someone in it.

Size of rooms, proximity to downtown and montmorency falls. Breakfast was pretty good - chocoalatines, croissants, hardboiled eggs, bread, yogurt, fruit, cereal, coffee, juice, and tea. No hot foods though.

Loved the pool, wasn't too cold, Good fresh pastries and coffee for breakfast. Was easy to get to several restaurants within walking distance from here. Staff was very helpful and friendly. No microwave in room but there are some throughout the hallways near ice machines. Was a close drive to many various attractions. 2 bars are connected, I didn't go in them but it's nice to have the option.

The layout felt a little different, we were in separate building with parking right outside window on 1st floor. Parking was like a free for all, not really a problem.

Spacious rooms allowed me to repack my luggage. The 2 gentlemen at reception (after I checked in and at checked out) were approachable pleasant to talk to and provided me with answers to my questions. Breakfast was adequate and the lady serving there was very attentive and friendly.

The bathtub has a yellow stain and there is hair on my pillow at arrival which makes me doubt if linens were changed. Thankfully there is a non-slip mat so we don’t have to step on the strain while in shower.

The rooms are large, the swimming pool is warm. That's about it for good points.. There are microwaves in the hallway and microwaves in the rooms,

The parking lot had lots of snow, our car kept getting stuck. The place is far away from the downtown. WiFi is terrible. I don't feel it is safe place too. Our phone was stolen from the swimming pool, and no one was able to help... First time anything like that has ever happened to us!

The enormous room with two enormous, comfortable beds. Good shower. Lovely pool. Breakfast was filling and fairly varied. The ice machine was fab. Great location for getting to the Montmorency Falls and the city centre via the bus. Helpful info from the receptionist as to where to get a day public transport pass.

The TV sound was intermittent. The air con was mostly good for keeping things cool but regularly started sounding really noisy.

We had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. Our room had nice huge windows and although we were right beside the street, it was fairly quiet. The kids had a nice time at the heated indoor pool. Breakfast was ok. Maxi is right around the corner and it is also near food joints. Overall, it is a good value for money and we will stay here again when we come to Quebec City.

Check-in took some time as there was only one person at the counter.

The hotel offers free parking, the person at the reception(pm) answered to all our questions and does everything he can to make our stay confortable. The room was very clean and organized. I liked the breakfast cafe, jus, tea, bread, yogurt, croissants…… The hotel has an indoor swimming pool with a warm water. I definitely recommend the hotel to my Friends.

The TV has only 3 or 4 local channels.

The worst, I lost my credit card, after leaving I called to administrator and asked him to look for it, I knew the place where I could lose it. He refused to do so. After asking few times, he agreed and said he didn't find. I asked him to write my phone in case if somebody will find and bring it to him. He refused, he said he is sure there is nothing there. I came back to hotel and I found my credit card very easily. Too much chemicals in pool.
