I loved the staff, genuinely friendly and helpful. I liked the pool area though a drain system should be installed into the floor. I liked the rooms and bathrooms, clean and neat as well as nice. Loved the pillows! The beds were supportive without pitted areas from previous use though they are a bit on the firm side. This is much better than bowed or too soft, it’s just good to know so you can bring a thin topper if you want. We use hiking air mattresses often in this scenario and they work great. The breakfast was delicious and simple and they had a few extra things that were nice like hot drinks always available, cookies in the evening, hand sanitizer wipes in your bathroom next to the makeup removers. It was not necessary, but was nice.

Just that the bed was a bit to firm. Loved everything else.

Even though the property looked old, but it was very clean very cozy and very welcoming. Terri made us feel like home asking how we are feeling and what do we need. The breakfast was amazing! Location is great close to the mall.

The bed was so uncomfortable and made so much noise at night sometimes it was hard to sleep.

The staff!! The front desk staff both in the evening and morning were excellent. Professional and friendly. The property was clean and the room temperature was comfortable. The variety of breakfast and the location near a good restaurant was great for dinner.

Very bad smell in room #128, musty nasty smell. Carpet was dirty. The AC is very loud and didn’t work very well

Property is very clean and accommodating. 24 hr coffee /cocoa available is a nice touch. My family loved that after swimming in the indoor heated pool in January.

I requested a room on the 2nd floor close to the elevator.

When we arrived at the hotel I repeated our request. Well, the desk clerk put us almost at the end of hall on the 2nd floor. I did not complain. I guess I should have asked again.

Misty at the front desk is fabulous. She was ok w is sitting at the table in the lobby to eat dinner that we'd picked up @ Texas Roadhouse. She made us so at ease, we didn't feel like we were making anyone mad by being there. LOVE the chartreuse desk chair! Perfectly comfy and I need one!

$50 for our CUTE little dog? Most we've ever paid. Housekeeping could do a little overall dusting touch up - top of tv, mirror, other upper "ridges" need to be wiped off once in a while.

It was clean and quiet. I was on the 3rd floor and it was an all no smoking floor. That was the best because I have asthma and any smoke makes me wheeze. The cleaning room staff was very nice and friendly.

The only thing I didn't like was the hot tub/spa was out of order, but overall that is not a deal breaker.

Washer and dryer were broken and we really needed to wash our traveling clothes. Pet fee was high at 50.00. the other hotels we were staying at on our trip averaged about 20-25.00 .

One morning we got there at 9 and a couple if the breakfast items were out and they weren't going to replace them. Not a big deal.
