It was nice, clean and comfortable

250 including tax is quite expensive for a one night stay. We stayed here as a stop on our 16 hour drive. We arrived around 1am and didn’t get settled until after 2. I asked for a late check out so that my daughter could enjoy the pool. They gave me 30 minutes extra time which was nice, however, considering our late arrival I think an hour would have been a better accommodation. My daughter had time for a quick swim after breakfast. I just wish we had a little more time to enjoy the hotel .

As a single mom of 3 kids, ages elementary to high school the room was spacious and comfortable for all of us and our gear. The bathroom although without a tub is a great size and awesome lighting for my daughters dance competition makeup. I’m dedicated to the gym and the facility here was just right for me to stay on track with my daily routine. Breakfast bar and 24hr coffee sure saved me time and money! We have stayed here three times now and will be back for our next competition for sure!

Gym could use some exercise bands…

We had never stayed a a Home2 and were pleasantly surprised. Everything was perfect! We went swimming after we checked in and the pool and hot tub were great. We could walk to dinner and the chocolate chip cookie was a real treat!! Great bed and quiet stay. Breakfast had something for anyone.

The only improvement would be to have lotion in the bathroom. We have been in AZ and skin is dry. We didn’t bring lotion because most places have some in the bathroom. It’s the only thing I can suggest but we were fine with everything

This was definitely an unexpected surprise. The room was fantastic--clean, comfortable, larger than a normal hotel room, and included a kitchenette. Although we didn't use the kitchenette, I will definitely keep this hotel chain in mind when staying somewhere for more than a night. We didn't use the pool but it looked very inviting. Everything about this facility was top notch.

The USB to charge my phone was SLOW! We had a little problem regulating the room temperature but got it figured out.

The room was excellent and the breakfast was fantastic. The big difference is, I didn't see any plastic plates or utensils. It made me feel at home when there were real plates and silverware. It was a different experience from the other chain hotels. My wife did mention that there was not a lot of room on her side of the King bed. The AC unit was right there.

Liked it all.

The room was quite right. Large enough to not feel cramped at all, and very clean and comfortable. The complete breakfast was very much appreciated, very much better than what is usual on the road these days.

The only semi-minus was the location for us. A little off from downtown, but not too bad really. The hotel is newer, so on the outside edge of the downtown area. There is a new retail shops development very close now that we did not get to explore, but it did look nice as we drove through.

The hotel is clean.

More training should provided to night staff. The person in the room next to us had his tv blaring until 2:30am. I called the desk 2X and was ultimately told "I tried call that guest but he kept hanging up on me." When I asked what is normally done when things like this happens she said "Nothing." So, I get to suffer all night, no sleep. Get up at 5am for the next part of our trip. It should have been handled better. She told me that was going to tell her manager about it but I haven't heard a peep from anyone. Not impressed

From the moment I walked in the staff was amazing! I had been packing and moving until 1:30am and I had my 6, 5, and almost 1 year old with me. I was juggling them along with luggage and they immediately got someone to help me. He carried all my bags for me all the way to the room. Facilities were very cleanly and well set up. Its spacious. Extremely family friendly.

Honestly wouldn't change anything.

We loved our week long stay. The rooms were clean and spacious.(We are a family of 5 BTW) The location was great we were super close to everything. If I had to pick an area they could improve is maybe have more variety in breakfast but really they are freaking amazing and friendly and so attentive!! We will definitely be back to stay with them soon!

Room was specious with nice kitchenette and pool water was surprisingly warm! Breakfast has so many things to choose from. Rachel at the check in was very accommodating and she had done great job decorating lobby!

Milk for the cereal was frozen :) rack with towels at the swimming pool was empty so we were little cold getting back to the room.
