First of all, to a person, the staff here are wonderful! They make omelets/eggs to order as part of the free breakfast. Sherri makes homemade banana bread and it was delicious. She even gave us a few slices for the road. The room was convenient, clean, and quiet. The hotel offers free bicycles for your use. The property is in a beautiful location, right off the freeway and across from the Snake River and the falls. There are paved trails along the river and everyone in the area takes advantage of them. We saw lots of people walking, riding scooters, and riding their bikes.

The shower water pressure was not great. I wouldn’t recommend the rib and chop restaurant nearby.

The location was great, right across the street from the river and within walking distance of restaurants. The property is very attractive and well kept. It was nice to have black-out blinds as well as opaque blinds on the window. The breakfast was 5-star; my scrambled eggs were made to order. The staff was very attentive and friendly.

The room smelled a bit, maybe too much cleaning solution or air freshener? The bed was too soft or maybe the mattress needed to be retired. The A/C unit was loud so we cycled it by turning it off and on. The mini fridge was great but noisy. You’d think the manufacturers of those little units could figure that out.

Our room was lovely, very clean & both the bed & pillows were very comfy. The microwave, frig & coffee area was a nice touch. The bathroom was newly done, very clean & had good ammenities. Breakfast was way better than we ever expected. Freshly made eggs, potatoes, sausages, sausage gravy & biscuits, pancakes, waffles, homemade banana bread & delicious muffins . Hot & cold cereal, coffee, tea, hot chocolate & assorted juices. Everything you could want at breakfast & the staff is lovely. The breakfast room is adorable & comfy with booth seating. All in all, this was a great place to stay. There's a wonderful indoor hot tub & gym. We were blown away by the property. We were worried at first because its a low rise & looks slightly like a motel instead of a hotel, but it's definitely a hotel & a good one at that with a beautiful river view. We were very happy with this hotel.

the omelette station and other hot items were smashing!!; it was updated; nice pillows; I could open the windows; I could actually control the heater (normally those things are broken and heat up the room in the middle of the night); the spa was extra nice with the waterfall and it was large.

something they have no control over- the structure. hard to keep quiet when you are exposed to the noise in the parking lot (like someone warming up their diesel truck at 6:00 am right outside your door) or someone walking to their room up the stairs and on the balcony over head.

We were really surprised at the huge size of our room. Their was a bedroom separate from the main room which had a bed. small couch, fireplace, and kitchen. Both rooms had TV's which was fantastic, as there were 3 of us. Loved the bathroom spa tub. A shower was in the bathroom as well. The room number was a letter "K" room with a full kitchen. Great for 2 nights or more. Also, love the excellent breakfast served. Two wonderful friendly ladies cook up omelets while you wait. There was an array breakfast items including fantastic sausage and gravy and biscuits. This is included in the room price! Better than most restaurants! Well worth the stay!

Clean, well equipped rooms in a good location just by the river. The staff were helpful and friendly - we had an issue with our coffee machine which they resolved straight away, no fuss. The spa was much bigger (and hotter) than expected. Breakfasts were exceptional - the omelette chefs made it quite an exceptional experience and you MUST try the banana bread!

Bit of a shame that the outdoor pool is seasonal and wasn’t open when we stayed - I’m not sure that’s clear from the website.

When we pulled up to the hotel, we were surprised to see a large portion of the rooms were accessible from the outside of the building, as you would find with a cheap motel. However, our stay at the Driftwood and the facilities themselves, were far above motel quality. In fact, we've stayed at other big name hotels that by comparison, make the Driftwood seem like a top quality hotel. The hotel lobby was decorated for Christmas and the atmosphere in the dining area, next to the giant fireplace felt like home. The staff was friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. Our room was one of the few rooms accessible from the inside of the building. It was very clean, well taken care of, and had a great view of the falls. The shower was top notch! In addition to a typical hotel breakfast was the delicious Omelet Bar. Real eggs, fresh ingredients, and prepared in such a timely manner. As someone who is Gluten Free, I was very comfortable with the food presented, and liked being able to have enough options for breakfast. This family owned hotel definitely puts the love into their business. Overall rating 10/10. We would stay here again, no doubt.

Nothing to complain about!

This Best Western was exceptional for the price. We had a lovely view from our ground floor room which was roomy, clean and very comfortable. They even provide real glass cups and glasses in the room for coffee. The staff was very courteous, cheerful and helpful. Even housekeeping left a welcome note on the desk. The breakfast provided with the price of the room was outstanding, including made to order eggs/omelets. We have added this location to our travel plans in the future.

The Best Western Driftwood was a great experience. From the time we walked through the front lobby door and was greeted by the receptionist until we left everything was well done. The people who worked the front desk were exceptional nice and helpful. And the "made to order" omelets at breakfast were to die for. The rooms were spacious and clean.

Well, outside temperature was nine degrees while we were there. if you could have provided a little warmer weather that would have been nice.

Its a great location and I like the secure parking especially since we are on motorcycles staff is friendly and its very secure for the rooms. View is awesome. Being that close to the falls is ideal. We had bike being serviced down the rd so very convenient for that. Rooms are lg and accommodating.

Its a little dated in the rooms but still nice and cozy. I do like more traditional look but it did seem a bit worn and ready fir an upgrade.
