Big room and the main bed was comfortable Location was perfect, near the river and restaurants by foot Gym was not busy and clean Pool Good breakfast

The sofa mattress is not comfortable No sheets, blankets and pillows for the sofa, I had to ask 4 times to have it all, but the staff was helpful and trying to do well. Coffee machine was broken.

Breakfast is standard fare - nothing special. Tea and yogurt are the best bets. The property is very clean, and the bathroom had a European flair.

The property is located next to the Riverwalk which is beautiful.....and full of homeless. My friend had a bag stolen off his motorcycle overnight, losing his tent, sleeping bag, chair, hatchet and sleeping pad. NOT GOOD. Do NOT leave any valuables in sight overnight.

Modern and very tidy rooms. All comfort you need. Good beds and pillows. Good location. The breakfast at the hotel was good, offering a wide selection, and arguably one of the finest in its category compared to other hotels I have visited in recent weeks in the US.

The design of the room is strange. The bathroom door is next to beds. Barely 2 feet away. There is simply no privacy. The bathroom and toilet are too close to the beds. The sliding door is noisy and doesn’t fit right.

The room was spacious. Having an option for signing into your Netflix account on the TV was new to me and I loved that!!

The only thing that bothered me was the shower door allowed water to leak on the floor. Idk if it was missing a seal or what.

The location was great. The staff was great. The rooms were clean. They had a free continental breakfast, which was ok. They could have been a little more attentive in keeping food full and the area clean. Other than that, I would stay at this place again.

The room was lovely and very comfortable.

The pool and hot tub were closed for cleaning and it was very cold outside so was disappointed that was going on while I was there, but it did look enjoyable. Hopefully I get to enjoy it next time I stay here.

The brightness, cleanliness, design of the suite was very well thought out and above all very comfortable.. The glass encased shower is very nice and roomy.

The only small issue was that the swinging glass shower door when closed has about a half inch of space between it and the fixed panel so that water spilled out on to the bathroom flower.

it was new, clean and the room was a nice size. we were located right by the river walk with nice views

sound of chat and laughter from a neighboring room and doors opening/closing woke us up repeatedly after midnight. the sounds should not have been so audible through the walls.

Very clean & beautiful gardens muy only recommendation would be to put umbrellas in the outside patio tables to be able to enjoy looking at the river, the sun just beats down & its impossible to eat breakfast specially during this surge of covid!

Just no outside shade over tables
