Big room and the main bed was comfortable Location was perfect, near the river and restaurants by foot Gym was not busy and clean Pool Good breakfast

The sofa mattress is not comfortable No sheets, blankets and pillows for the sofa, I had to ask 4 times to have it all, but the staff was helpful and trying to do well. Coffee machine was broken.

Breakfast is standard fare - nothing special. Tea and yogurt are the best bets. The property is very clean, and the bathroom had a European flair.

The property is located next to the Riverwalk which is beautiful.....and full of homeless. My friend had a bag stolen off his motorcycle overnight, losing his tent, sleeping bag, chair, hatchet and sleeping pad. NOT GOOD. Do NOT leave any valuables in sight overnight.

Modern and very tidy rooms. All comfort you need. Good beds and pillows. Good location. The breakfast at the hotel was good, offering a wide selection, and arguably one of the finest in its category compared to other hotels I have visited in recent weeks in the US.

We went up for my nieces wedding. The hotel was close to all activities. My kids absolutely loved the pool. I loved that the bathroom was a complete bathroom. I hate it when the bathroom is half in the room. The sink and the mirror... yuck. But here we had a complete bathroom separate from the room. It was very clean. When we asked for additional bedding or towels they brought them right away. The bed was really comfortable and I slept really well. They had laundry so we could do laundry, even late at night because it’s away from the other rooms. I never heard a peep from any neighbors. It was a clean hotel. I would stay here again.

The brightness, cleanliness, design of the suite was very well thought out and above all very comfortable.. The glass encased shower is very nice and roomy.

The only small issue was that the swinging glass shower door when closed has about a half inch of space between it and the fixed panel so that water spilled out on to the bathroom flower.

The design of the room is strange. The bathroom door is next to beds. Barely 2 feet away. There is simply no privacy. The bathroom and toilet are too close to the beds. The sliding door is noisy and doesn’t fit right.

The room was spacious. Having an option for signing into your Netflix account on the TV was new to me and I loved that!!

The only thing that bothered me was the shower door allowed water to leak on the floor. Idk if it was missing a seal or what.

We came to town for a family wedding. The wedding was at 9:00 in the morning with pictures after. We hadn’t asked for a late checkout so we took our bags when we left. Pictures were finished a little after 10:00 and the family dinner wasn’t until 4:00. We weren’t sure what to do for the next 6 hours and no where to go. My sister was staying at the same place and told us to ask the front desk if we could still get a late checkout since it wasn’t even regular checkout time yet. When I asked about it, the girl at the front desk said absolutely we could get a late checkout but the latest we could stay was 4:00. We were extremely grateful. Thank you SpringHill Suites!

The location was great. The staff was great. The rooms were clean. They had a free continental breakfast, which was ok. They could have been a little more attentive in keeping food full and the area clean. Other than that, I would stay at this place again.

it was new, clean and the room was a nice size. we were located right by the river walk with nice views

sound of chat and laughter from a neighboring room and doors opening/closing woke us up repeatedly after midnight. the sounds should not have been so audible through the walls.
