The hotel itself is nice. The room was very clean. Every single staff member I interacted with was very kind. They were all very helpful and understanding. When I arrived at Newark at 9pm I ran into issues with my car rental which caused me to get to the hotel until 3am. I kept communication with the hotel staff the whole time and they were very understanding and held my reservation until I was able to get there. Upon arrival they made the check in as easy as possible and gave me some Lindt chocolate (my favorite). They made my night better after the mess I went through with the car rental company. Every area I visited in the hotel (gym, lobby, breakfast area) was clean.

Not a big deal but they need a bit more variety for breakfast. Also, they don't have a pool, which it's not needed but preferred (because I always travel with my kids) but I understand the maintenance and liability is probably the reason why most hotels don't have them nowadays.

Over all the facilities are great, modern and comfortable! I was very impressed with how clean the lobby is kept. Totally recommend to all who travel to this area. Breakfast was outstanding. Variety of hot items and well stocked every morning. Location is perfect. Accessible to highways, stores, restaurants, Walmart, Starbucks etc Front desk staff did a great job throughout our entire stay, very accommodating to our group needs.

Cleaning staff was friendly when we would see them in hallway, but one thing we did struggle with was the fact that neither one of our 3 rooms got our trash taken out nor towels replenished. Not sure if maybe they were short staffed in the housecleaning department. We had to ask front desk for extra towels during our 4 night stay. Which we didn't mind at all, just the trash piled up in our rooms.

It was clean, modern, quiet. There is plenty of snacks to purchase in the lobby.

It was perfect for my needs however if you are a light sleeper one of the nights you could hear the Speedway nearby. This wasn’t an issue for me though - something to keep in mind if you are a light sleeper though. Also the walls are quite thin, you can hear what’s going on in other rooms and when people above you are walking. (Wasn’t an issue for me but might be something to consider if that’s an issue for you).

Unfortunately, we were so tired, we slept past breakfast. However, my family and I were really pleased our room. It was exceptionally clean and spacious...we loved it! We look forward to using TRU by Hilton in our future traveling. Oh yes, the staff made us feel very welcomed. Thank you!

The only thing I disappointed in for the sake of my grandchildren was the lack of a pool.

The hotel was very neat and modern. Comfortable, minimalistic

The pancake machine was out of order, at the least 8 people tried to make some, around 20 minutes later he said it's been broken all week. Really just get from your sitting position and put an out of order sign on it. The next morning, it was still broken, but after a few tries, she took the 30 seconds to put a out of order sign up. . Maybe a few pictures on the walls

Victor who checked me in was very kind and helpful. We forgot my daughter’s favorite cup when we checked out and I called a few hours later asking if it was found. He personally went to go look for it and found it for us. Breakfast was kind of boring and not many options for hot food. The room could use at least 1 small closet to put thing out of sight

I didn't like the fact that the person next door was trying to get in my room all night, didn't get much sleep .. there's a door that leads to the other room next door and that person was trying hard to open that door for most of the night,then came banging on the main front door , possibly intoxicated very annoying stay .. don't think I would ever stay here again

The breakfast was fabulous the first day we checked in. And was mostly terrific the rest of the time. The hotel decor and lobby were fantastic to spend time in.

The pancake machine only had mix the first 2 days. Other breakfast things kept running out too. Im guessing this is supply chain issues so it's understandable. Getting housekeeping was difficult. It took 2 days of requests. It was because we had our stuff on the floor and on the bed as was explained to us in a note. It just took a while to get the note and we didn't notice it right away.

Brandon and Sixada were truly amazing and accommodating. They're the best! The room was clean and bed extremely comfortable. Foosball was fun. We will be back. Thanks for a fabulous time.

The price of the 8" rice crispy treat. Just kidding. We were happy with everything.

Very family oriented, which was great for a legoland trip. Room was clean and comfy. Staff was very nice.

I wish breakfast was served a little later as we were late in arriving the night before and the park didn't open until 11:00 a.m. I believe it stays available later on weekends.
