The property was right next to a strip mall and lots of food options. It was nice to have The Castle fun park also within 3 minutes of the hotel. The children loved it there. We were going to Legoland and it was only a 10 minute drive away!

The pool looked cloudy but the kids had fun. There were a few breakfast stations that were out of service but we made due with the options they had. Lastly some of the doors had spaces at the top and bottom so it looked as though your door didn’t close(it did) but the lack of privacy was a little disturbing because people could hear in and you could hear what was going on in the hallway.

Our room was spotless and well appointed. The bedding and beds were so comfy. As with most businesses at this time in history, the hotel was unstaffed but still managed to function efficiently and better than most. Shout out to Danielle, Mary Ann, and Simon whose congeniality and professionalism are a credit to the hospitality industry and this Holiday Inn Express. Going to Legoland? Stay here! It’s a short couple miles away from the theme park but you will welcome the quiet calm of this hotel after a day at Legoland.

the breakfast was great and fresh and the bed was super comfy. i love that it was so close to Legoland, which is why we were there. we also usually have good luck with the Holiday Inn's

i wish that there would have been a freezer in with the refrigerator. we brought ice packs and couldn't freeze them. also the wifi blocked my niece from playing some of her games on her I-pad. didn't bother me but she was upset so it mattered.

Danielle who works there is phenomenal she made us feel so welcome and explained everything so clear she was wonderful also great breakfast and we really enjoyed the pool area.

Unfortunately the side of the building was falling apart so that was an eyesore but nothing you can do about it.

Enjoyed having breakfast ready for me in the morning. Being an early riser, I did not have to wait for the rest of my party to wake up, dress and go out to eat.

The swimming pool water was green. A little more attention to the care of pool and it could have been nice and clear.

Everyone and everything was great. We were agreed when we arrived. The room was clean, fully supplied and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the areas was well keeper. Before checking out we were asked if we took all our items and name some items that possibly we might forget. That was great! Thank you for a wonderful experience at your hotel.

Staff was very nice. Loved the convenience store in lobby. Loved the included breakfast every morning. The kids loved the indoor swimming pool.

Our window faced the highway. Maybe some trees could be planted there for a more peaceful view.

The room was big, very clean and functional when we got there. Lots of space to store our stuff. Loved the coffee at breakfast! Overall such a good deal.

There were a lot of kids and families, so the pool was only free for short times. The elevator is also kind of old and rickety. Since it's by the highway you'll hear some traffic noise.

Front desk was so friendly , room was huge - separate living area with its own tv and pull out couch. Microwave, mini fridge with keurig. Complimentary breakfast, indoor pool. Couple of fast food, CVS within walking distance. Legoland 10 min drive , outlets 15! Great location, book it you won’t be disappointed!! Thanks again for the awesome stay!!

Very good location close to Resturant and parks . Very new hotel,good average breakfast and nice pool .there was no house keeping to clean the room every day but was ok . I had to get new towels from the reception.

I wanted the house keeping for every day because the kids make the room messy. The room has to be clean every day , they said for now they don’t have that available.
