- The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we had, it was maybe not so varied as you could find in big resorts (understandable of course) but instead everything was of really high quality and very tasty - The restaurants also serve amazing food and the waiters and in general the hotel staff are very professional and welcoming - The rooms are modern, nicely designed and very comfortable - The location is top-notch, right in the historical center - Underground parking with seamless access to rooms and restaurants by elevators It was our second stay here and we really enjoyed everything.

- The intercom placed at the entrance of the underground parking seemed not to work so I had to go at the building reception and ask the security guy to help me enter the parking. But the building reception is literally just next door and the guy there immediately helped us. It's just that for first time visitor it might not be so intuitive and we had the same issue the last time we visited. - There's quite some "anti-tabacco" perfume smell in the 2 restaurants which for non-smokers is not really enjoyable. At least there's no such problem at breakfast. - Last year the rooms ceilings were a bit more nicely designed with mirrors and modern decorations, not sure why they removed these. Anyways, the rooms are still great.

From the minute we arrived, we were treated fabulous. Very friendly staff with brilliant English. Rooms were beautiful and spotless. Food was great with a huge selection of both continental and European foods. There was a large number of us staying, all different rooms, with different experiences and not one complaint from anyone. Would highly reccomend this hotel.

Honestly I can't think of anything I didnt like. If I was to be picky, their coffee is so strong, like tar, not for me.🤣🤣🤣

Location is central, right across the National theatre, shopping and the pedestrian city centre. Hotel is new, occupying the first 3 floors of an office building, with a nice entrance and a very convenient garage. Nicely designed, cosy and comfortable rooms. There was a loud celebration right under our rooms, but the night manager was EXTREMELY nice and professional about it, offered to move us and informed us that it would end at 11pm - which it did, exactly as he said:) so it turned out to not be a problem at all. The reception staff was also very professional and warm and there was a very positive atmosphere throughout the hotel (the Christmas spirit also helped:)) We'll definitely plan to come back soon!

Not an issue for us, but if I had to mention something...breakfast maybe could have been a little better.

Fantastic hotel with lovely staff. It was very clean and the rooms were fabulous. The bed was very comfortable and the big shower was amazing. It was extremely hot weather and the aircon was perfect throughout. We really enjoyed the food with a large selection and the service very good also. We only stayed for 3 nights but would definitely visit again sometime. Thank you 🙏🥰

We liked everything about this hotel

Breakfast was good. Buffet style with everything you could want. Staff were attentive. Able to provide gluten free bread. teas and coffees were good. Evening meal in the in house restaurant was exceptionally good. Again staff were very attentive. There is a more casual dining downstairs which again offered great food. Room was really good. Very smart and some clever motion lighting on our room. Staff all through the hotel were just great. Can't thank them enough.

There was nothing I didn't like. The only suggestion I would have is to include some vegetarian options in the restaurants. However, the chef(s) were able to provide some good additions for us when asked (less meat more vegetables). Nothing was a problem.

The air conditioning was perfect, the bed was huge and really comfortable. The bathroom felt luxurious and was restocked every day, the towels were fluffy and soft. The room itself was spacious and I loved having a separate space for changing.

We missed having a pool! But otherwise it was pretty perfect.

Nice hotel in centre of Novi Sad. Everything was great, from comfortable room to great breakfast. We also reserved a parking space in garage, which was quite convenient for this location. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Novi Sad who wants to explore the city.

Amazing stay, very modern and cozy hotel, very comfortable beds, great breakfast, wonderful staff (I would mention here Nikola who was on duty on our arrival and helped us with a very quiet room as per our request because we were very tired and he even came with us to check the room to be sure everything was ok). Hotel is very centrally located, it has a private safe underground parking.

Great location, beautiful rooms , good breakfast. Excellent customer service. Ladies at the Front desk, Milica and Bojana, were extremely professional, efficient, helpful and kind.

We wish that there was more of a compact and unified feeling of a hotel. There was no real lobby or a place for guests to have a coffee, desert or a drink ( other than a restaurant.

it's not a 5-star hotel, in reality it's 4-star and booking.com gives wrong info. So there is no SPA or gym. The hotel has view over the main square and it was extremely noisy till 3 am, so ask backyard view room.
