Several pools, fantastic spa and very warm water. The nature and peace around the hotel are ideal for walking.

I don't think it's worth the money I paid (a lot of money). Room hygiene should be better. There are traces of mold around the edges of the shower tub. Under the extra bed, I found a piece of someone else's clothing, a shirt. Probably one of the previous guests forgot and no one moved the bed to wipe under it !!! My child dropped a toy, so I moved the bed and found the toy and the shirt!!! Noise level in rooms is not acceptable. This should be a hotel for rest, but rest is impossible until late at night. There is noise and running (!!!) from the corridor in room. There are only three elevators for many rooms (probably more than 100), only two are working, and the third (the last one on the right) is malfunctioning.

The hotel is beautiful, extremely comfortable and clean. The most positive impression was the employees, all of whom were very kind. Rooms are spacious, beds are very comfortable. Free use of charge of the room mini bar as well as daily refills of coffee capsules and tea in the room is a great touch. The pools are big, and there are many of them, so at this time of the year during the working week it was not very crowded, which was phenomenal. The water in the pools is warm and clean. Breakfast is excellent.

Dinner was good and everything was tasty, but for this type of the hotel I have expected more of the different options of food. Parking is dislocated - the walk to the garage is great, but it is not very easy to do so with the luggage.

Facilities are brand new, inside pools with warm water are really good in cold days. Breakfast is good. Free mini bar and water is enough for a family. Heated clothes drying rack very useful.

All outside slides are closed, many outside pools are cold water, and only one inside slide for kids which makes it isn’t valuable compares with summer. Dinner shouldbe improved. No cold air conditioning in the room, the only way to cool down the temperature is open the balcony door. But there’s too many bugs to open it.

Swimmingpools, spacious and safe parking place / garage, profesional staff, sauna, fitness, massage, beautiful nature and amenities around hotel but on the first place is food - extremely tasty and diverse. If you can stay during the working days it will save your wallet and avoid possible crowd

It was a little bit hot in the room and central heating didn't respond on remote control what couse dry air. But we solved that with open window

Cjena je malo napumpana za Srbiju. Dorucak i vecera su klasicni hotelski, ali bi mogli biti jeftiniji. Bez opcije punog pansiona i da se jede van kompleksa posto je sve daleko cjene su visoke.

The room is comfortable, the cleaning team take care of all details . The spa is nice and there is pool with different location and temperature for everyone to enjoy Breakfast is well arranged and large variety of food

The distance between the hotel reception and the free garage is around 1 km and I wish if there is a small golf car to transfer a hotel gest from and into the garage building

absolutely everything. position is great. pools and SPA center were exceptional. stuff was very kind especially for Serbian standards. Food was outstanding

In such kind of resorts where there is big probability you’ll not even leave the property during your stay, all inclusive option would be very nice. I did not see they had it. Also, some additional entertainment for children would be useful (animators etc…)

The room was exceptional! Everything is clean and there are enough towels for all family members.

The food at Orchidea bar didn't meet our expectations. The beefsteak cost 3,500 dinars but it was oversalted and tough as a sole.

Nice personal, warm pools, good choice of food on breakfast and dinner. Room was big and clean, fully filled with all what needed. Amazing view

For dinner there are no any free option for drinks. And 450dinars for bottle of water is a bit expensive.

Amazing location, very friendly staff, great pools and decently priced pool bar. Good food at the restaurant, too.

They’re probably understaffed in the cleaning department. I dropped something and glanced under the bed and I just saw this gnarly cobweb structure as if it wasn’t cleaned for months. Also, a lot of balconies had swallow nests on them, which again suggests lack of proper maintenance. Oh yes and the steam baths don’t have a cold shower! Imagine sitting 5 minutes in a Finnish sauna at 96 degrees Celsius realizing you don’t have a cold pool or even a shower. Also, no cold shower water in the rooms at all. Very strange.
