Located in the historical city center of Košice, Bristol boutique hotel offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. From the moment you walk in, to the minute you leave you feel well taken care of. Michal at the reception was very friendly and knowledgeable, giving me good tips for trips in and around the city. The room is cosy and clean and the bed comfortable. Good choice in the mini bar, but paid extra. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The hotel offers wellness as well, but I didn't use it, so can't rate. I'll definitely come back.

Lovely staff - all friendly and helpful. The hotel is well located, three minutes walk from the cathedral and the main street with lots of restaurants and shops, but it is in a side street so the location is quiet. I enjoyed using the sauna, steam room and swimming pool. Although the hotel does not provide a restaurant service in the evenings, they have arranged for clients to get a 10% reduction at the steak house on the opposite side of the street, where the food was excellent. Rail and bus stations are about 10 minutes walk away.

The location of the hotel is perfect: on the edge of all the action but still quiet. The breakfast was great, with cordial staff and many food choices. The staff took the time to make the couches into a bed for our son before our check-in, which I felt was a nice touch since everything was ready for us when we walked in the room. In my opinion. the great location and the professional, friendly staff are the main reasons why we would definitely stay here again in the future.

The hotel recently changed its policy so you have to pay an extra 20 euros if you need a late check-out (check-out is 11 but they can give you until 12; after that, they charge for another night). I think charging for a late check-out doesn’t really fit the vibe of a 4-star hotel.

The hotel is very close to the main attractions and has a very good restaurant across the street. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and enough for our needs. There is a private parking so we didn't have to worry about our car and the staff was kind and gave us all the needed information.

We would have liked to enjoy the spa facility, but it was full every time we went down for it, because it is available not only for the guests that book a room in the hotel.

The hotel is in the middle of the city, perfect location. The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel was very clean. Perfect for a couple to spend few days in Kosice.

These are things what are still good, but can be developed in the future: The breakfast is in a small room with not so various food. There is no Jakuzzi in the SPA. The TV was quite old and obligated.

We had a nice room on the first floor where we could see the roof of saint Elizabeth´s cathedral. The beds were very comfortable, the room was quiet, you cannot beat the location where all the nice streets are and yet you can still approach with your car and even park. Very good breakfast, friendly staff.

The place is great! Perfectly situated in the city center, with parking. The staff was extremely helpful and nice and the room was comfortable and clean. We didn't check out the spa but next time we will for sure! Košice was beautiful, vibrant city, it surprized us with its diversity, amazing architecture, friendly people and great food. We will for sure come back and stay in the same place. P.S. very good breakfast

Everything was perfect.

Location is good. Kosice is a small city, so everything was at walking distance from the hotel. Staff were super friendly. The guy in evening suggested me travel mode from Kosice to Poprad and lady in the morning even called me for breakfast 😀

We always stay at this hotel when in Kosice, best value for money in the city. Amazing staff, great location, nice spa.

We didn't even have a remote for the air conditioner in the room, but it was only two nights and the weather was not very hot, so we didn't mind and didn't complain.

A hotel that would do well in any big European capital. The location is in a peaceful street but just 200 m from the dead centre of the city, car park in the back yard, spacious room with air conditioning. Breakfast with plenty of choices.

Some small design choices in the rooms would elevate the impressions - repeat what you did in the reception room also in the rooms!
