Good place, in general. Nice clean rooms, tasty breakfast, friendly personnel, available parking and shopping center in front of the hotel. The good place to stay.

There is no ability to make tea or coffee within room. And most annoying thing I described earlier. I don't think this hotel is a good place to stay in summer, due to difficult access to air conditioner. You should call to reception to turn it on, and I'm pretty sure the issue of inability to set comfortable temperature, I described after previous stay still exists. This hotel has sunny side windows and air conditioner is very required there.

We were amazed with the hotel. I expected old fashioned hotel with satisfactory equipment. Room was huge. We booked 2 rooms as the hotel was overbooked and the reception gave us one room which was amazing as we were couple with 2 kids so being together made more sense. We loved the bar, beds, pillows, bathroom, breakfast. All was excellent. The bankomat was nearby with the supermarked nearby. We loved it and if we come back again than again only in this hotel.

Fridge did not work properly and the food we brought got spoiled. But other than that, all was excellent.

Well we had this small situation with vibration kind sound that was heard and present for the whole night during our stay. It was hard to sleep. we mentioned it to the reception, got contacted by manager a day later and the whole things was settled very gently and nicely. Beside that minor glitch, everything was very, very good and I must say that hotel personnel reacted very professionally to the problem.

Location near main roads so no problem with transportation, free and available parking, good breakfast, spacious room, very comfy beds. Additional amenities available on request.

Location near main roads means a lot of noise, also at night. Quite hard to black out the room, which was especially important for us as we travelled with small children.

Hotel is amazing, rooms are very big and comfortable and it is highly recommended especially for families to stay there. we definitely stay there when we will visit Kosice in the future. personnel were very friendly, breakfast was very good and it is a real value for money

the location is not so close to the city centre but you can get a taxi with around 7-8 euros to take you to the centre. opposite also there is a big mall with all facilities to spend some time there with kids.

Free parking available on site. The hotel is rather new, located on the outskirts of the city, easy access by car. The staff at the reception speak English. Room rather spacious and clean.

Pricey for its location. The room had a residual smell of cigarettes.

The hotel is good, but there is a construction site nearby and during the day it is noisy. The rubbery smell of the new carpet bothered me the most, the rest was awesome! I didn’t understand just why they took money for a paid breakfast, however, the breakfast was classy, ​​a buffet.

Great comfortable room ..... grest choices for breakfast .... check in staff amazing and a huge help with local knowledge in English. Great security on each floor as well as room. Very safe location. Close to shopping. Great bathrooms.
