During my business trip to Košice in May, I chose Hotel Crystal, and I was thoroughly impressed with what it had to offer. The location, just a bit outside the old town yet very close to the city center, was perfect for commuting to the office. Parking was ample, and navigating back and forth was a breeze. The modern design of the hotel caught my eye, but what made my stay truly special was the staff. They were incredibly helpful, always ready with suggestions and recommendations that turned out to be spot-on. The breakfast spread was large, varied, and high-quality, catering to all tastes. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, providing all the comfort I needed without feeling cramped. The unique layout with two rooms and a common space added to the appeal, even though it was initially a bit confusing. Nearby attractions and the easy access to my workplace complemented the experience, and the overall quality of the stay felt premium. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the efforts to provide a personalized service. Hotel Crystal provided a high-quality and memorable stay, and I'll definitely return in the future. The convenient location, excellent staff interactions, clean and spacious rooms, and delightful breakfast contributed to an enjoyable experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to other travelers, whether on business or leisure. Despite the overall positive experience, there were a couple of things that could have been improved. The lack of air conditioning was a significant drawback for me, especially during warmer days. Cooling the room with open windows was a slow process, and I missed the comfort of controlled temperature at times. Also, the room's layout with two bedrooms and a common space was initially a bit confusing. I was unsure if someone else would be staying in the other room, and though it turned out to be a non-issue, some clarification at check-in would have been reassuring.

Everything you can expect from a modern hotel. Very clean and in good condition. Free parking also a benefit. The best thing was the included breakfast, top score! Huge selection and everything was fresh and tasty.

When we checked in the room was very warm (top floor after a hot day) but this was quickly sorted by opening the windows for a few minutes. The hotel management must be aware of this issue and should instruct housekeepers to air. Not a big problem but would make such a difference in customer experience.

Location in a peaceful calm area in walking distance to the city center. Rooms clean and spacious, as described and on the photos. Large car park, although I did not use it this time. Hotelstaff well organised and friendly.

The matress was new, but not firm enough. Causing me backpain. It was fairly hot in the room and it wasn't even summer yet.

At first glance, Hotel Crystal is just a modern, well-run hotel. You get friendly and helpful staff, flawless facilities, and even free parking. And all of that within an easy walking distance from the old town. HOWEVER, the breakfast is what makes this hotel really shine and soar above its global competitors. You get about 20 or 30 different little buffet options and almost none of them are standard global food. Instead, you get some incredibly yummy local handmade spreads and other small-portions dishes to choose from. And since it's a buffet and portions are small, it's just possible to taste them all and not overeat. Amazing, simply amazing. Awesome job, Hotel Crystal.

Everything was so lovely. The staff were exceptional. We looked forward to the breakfast every morning. Parking was right there and was secure so you felt like your car was safe. Very quick walk to Old town and park. Would stay again for sure.

There is no AC. They do provide a decent fan and the windows open for cooling down at night. I would find it challenging to stay there during the hottest part of the summer.

I liked everything in the hotel! Even the coffee during the breakfast was excellent! I like this hotel so much and I will stay later. It was amazing news to get a room on the highest floor of the building.

I was really missing AC. Even opened windows didn`t help me to get the room cooler. But this is the unique problem I met during my stay. I stayed for one night.

Very good breakfast. Very wide selection. I mean very wide. The only thing I did not like was coffee - very dark roasted (burned). And juices tasted to me a little artificial. Really good breakfast otherwise. Certainly not boring.

No AC in room.

About 7 minutes walk from the city center. No problem with the parking which is generous an just in front of the hotel main doors. Amazing breakfast and even more amazing staff that is helpful at every step. Not my first stay, definitely not my last stay :) Thank you.

Bathroom is a little smaller when I am comparing rest of the hotels and it was challenging to close the doors. Not a big deal but worth mentioning. Also air conditioning was missing in my room.

We got a 2-bedroom with one of them locked, so it felt like a "mini-suite" with the couch and TV in the entrance area. Furthermore, bathroom and toilet were separate, which added a nice bonus for a couple. The room was tidy and clean, the furniture well maintained. Windows can be opened, which is always a plus. Free parking and fine breakfast on top. Recommend the restaurant across the street, in another hotel - nice BBQ.

Considering the price we paid - nothing. We were satisfied.

We had an absolutely amazing time here. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.
